It was a 10 min walk from train station and not far from the entrance to the old town of Lucca. David who managed the accommodation was very helpful recommending places to eat and areas of interest.

It was very basic accommodation - we knew that it would be but wasn't expecting such an old building. The room was reasonably comfortable, however the bathroom was very small. Althought we had a private bathroom we knew when the [peoples from the other 5 rooms use the common bathroom becouse they have a great window beetwin them. The whole building had a musty smell. But the worst was the noise from the parking near where same youngs made a party all the night and nobody tell them anything.

Clean and comfortable. Not too far from the old city. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Friendly staff, convenient location. Good value for the price. Lucca is a gorgeous city!

It was very basic accommodation - we knew that it would be but wasn't expecting such an old rundown building. The room was reasonably comfortable, however the bathroom was very small and the plumbing didn't work very efficiently. The whole building had a musty smell and although there was a kitchen to do your own meals we chose not to, apart from making a cup of tea. The area that it was in was quite rundown.

Helpful and friendly staff, well equiped kitchen, clean rooms and bathroom.

Basicaly xurit was all right, but people who expect luxury would be very dissapointed. It's a place to stay for 2-3 days, no more.

Camera dignitosa ma non particolarmente comfortevole. Disponibilità di utilizzo cucina, ma con tazze e stoviglie non proprio pulite.

Bon rapport qualité/prix, personnel accueillant, la cuisine commune est vraiment pratique, ainsi que la superette à proximité dont les heures d'ouvertures sont de 8h à 18h. Possibilité de garer une voiture de petit gabari dans la cour du lieu d'hébergement, quartier trés tranquille.

Quelques prises de courant supplémentaires et correctement fixées dans la chambre serait un plus.

Ottima posizione dell'alloggio. Facilmente raggiungibile in auto con parcheggio adiacente. In 15 minuti a piedi, passando per porta Elisa si arriva nel centro di Lucca. Vivamente consigliato.

Il bagno in comune un po carente

Hôtel plutôt bien situé à deux pas de la vielle ville fortifiée de Lucca. Le prix est le principal attrait de cet hôtel.

Les chambres ne sont pas climatisées. Les locaux semblent vétuste.

Pavimenti rotti, prese elettriche mal funzionanti, doccia da sistemare. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non appropriata, al max. 30 € a notte.
