Great location, good size room. Really close to everything and really affordable restaurants around the corner. Staff was great and very helpful. Walking distance from the train station.

For the price, I expect more. It was surprise that it was located within a bldg with other hotels. There's a lift which is helpful, considering the floor the hotel is on is on the 3rd. And the room was hot, we think they had the heaters still on.

I have spent 7 nights in the hotel Sole. The hotel has a perfect location: 5 minutes to a train station Santa Maria Novella and 5 minutes to Duomo. It is situated right in the city sentrum what makes it a perfect place both for these people who came to Florence for exploring the city for several days and who came to do shopping. Stuff is very friendly. Everyone speaks english and tries to help when it's needed. My room and bathroom were cleaned every day and towels were changed when I needed. Although there was neither a hairdrier nor a fridge in the room i've got everything on a reception if I needed. The hotel doesn't offer breakfasts but there are a lot of caffes and bars around for having wonderful italian bread and caffee :)

The hotel is situated right in the sentrum, so it was quite noisy during evenings and nights, but for me it wasn't a big problem as soon as it happens everywhere in the city sentrum.

Good location. Very clean. Cosy and comfortable room, excellent bathroom, especially the shower. Free and good working wifi in the room. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Very close to SMN station, about 5 minutes walk. Friendly and nice reception guy who can speak good English. The toilet is clean and big. Very comfortable stay experience.

the staff are very nice and we felt comfortable for living here. It is close to the rail station and shops' streets.

Excellent location - near from the train station and major attractions. Near-hour front of McDonald's, supermarkets.

The room was very cold, although the climate control was enabled for maximum warmth. Hot water was not always. In-room Wi-Fi signal was very weak, had to go out into the corridor. There was no Breakfast. Very small bathroom.

The staff were really helpful and friendly! I loved how spacious the bathroom and especially the shower were.

Location was great and the staff was really friendly. The elevator is really small but we didn't have big bags so we didn't mind at all.

Absence of kettle

We had a great week in Florence and our stay at this hotel (6 nights) made the experience all the more enjoyable. Perfect location - just a few steps from Piazza Santa Maria Novella, and a lazy 5-minute walk from the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria. The hotel was extremely clean, the room was delicately scented which gave it a luxurious feel and created a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was amazing, compact space but far from cramped, fantastic shower, daily bio (which was a really nice surprise) refills of shampoo/ shower gel/ soap. Very good Wi-Fi connectivity in the room. I would like to compliment the hotel personnel for the exceptional attitude and service provided, we were even able to print last-minute museum reservations at the reception desk, leave our luggage in the hotel after check-out and collect it late in the afternoon on our way to the train station. I would like to correct some of the earlier reviews complaining about the lack the breakfast at/ near the hotel. We had endless and delicious choices for early coffee & breakfast in the mornings. There is a small bakery shop and a cafe right at the corner of the street which provided freshly baked croissants and pastries (EUR 1) and great coffee (EUR 1), a beer & pizza house right next to the hotel was available until late in the evening. A 3-minute walk towards the city center to Via dei Calzaiuoli provides an even greater early morning choice of cafes even as early as 8am.

Location is excellent. 5mins walk to museums, main shopping areas. The room was clean and comfy. Staff is friendly. WiFi reception in the rooms were poor. There is a private parking area just near the hotel (we didn't park there, parked right in front of the hotel; got a ticket (ZTL area))

The room was cold. The reception is closed after 9pm but they give you the main door keys etc.

Perfect location for travelers arriving by train; 5 minutes on foot to both SMN station and Duomo. Simple but functionsl room with a good shower. Very reasonable price for Firenze and friendly staff. One of the best value for money I have ever experienced.

The most important thing besides price is cleanliness and this hotel had it all. The bathroom was terrific. Great shower and very clean. Of course there are a lot of steps up to the hotel but this is Florence. You won't be disappointed.

A great value, one does not travel to Florence to sit in a Hotel room...perfect location....

There are boy for very nice service as we are check in very late for the day! But the boy are very patient and nice
