Hotel Sole  

The food was very good for example there were fresh pasteries in the morning. The hotel had beautiful views of Lake Como.

There is nothing positiv to say about it. The pictures of the hotel indicates that it it is placed by the sea, and have its own beach. It is located by the main road and a camping. But worse is that the staff/owners are so indifferent, or rather uninteressested in the guests. Service is low and you feel like you have bothered them by staying with them.

The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good to start off your day. We had a spacious family room with a bunk bed for the kids.Overall we had a comfortable stay, would defintely recommend it to other couples/family.

To wake up and see Lake Como from your bedroom window was fantastic. Staff are awesome, rooms lovely, and position excellent!

Room was very clean.Restaurant was good.Breakfast was good.Car park in the hotel and metour basic needs for an overnight stay.

There is a private beach across the road but unsuitable for kids as lots of broken beer bottles. A pity, could have been a nice place to relax by the shore.

The location was excellent and although we didn't have the use of a car we were able to use public transport quite easily. The host and hostess were both friendly and helpful. Our room was classed as an economy but it was spotlessly clean with plenty of space and included a small fridge. We also had a comfortable king size bed.

Das Hotel Sole liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße, wir waren allerdings sehr positiv überrascht, daß die Verkehrsgeräusche gar nicht störend waren. Das Hotel steht unter einer persönlichen,familiären Leitung, die einem das Gefühl gibt ,herzlich willkommen zu sein.Das Frühstück war sehr lecker,das Abendessen war ein Genuss.Das Hotel hat sogar einen kleinen Privatstrand, ist besonders zu erwähnen, da Strände am Comer See eher rar sind. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, auch das Bad .

Das Einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat waren die eiskalten Eier zum Frühstück.

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und gutbürgerliche Küche (besonders empfehlenswert sind die Spaghettis). Ebenfalls sehr guter und preiswerter Wein (Barbera Monferrato, Chianti classico). Sehr familiär geführtes Hotel. Ideal für einen Zwischenstopp für Ausflüge auf dem Comersee oder zur Weiterreise nach Como oder Richtung Nationalpark GR.

Der Privatstrand existiert leider nicht mehr wie im Hotelbeschreib erwähnt, hat uns jedoch in unserem Vorhaben nicht weiter gestört. Das Hotel liegt augrund seiner direkten Lage am Comersee leider auch sehr nahe an der Durchgangsstrasse und ist daher etwas laut.
