Pleasant and quiet hotel situated in the hills of Lake Como.

No view of the lake.

Nice convinient hotel for its pricing, simple but sufficient breakfast. Definetly a good alternative for its price range

late check in can be a problem (after 10 pm), noisy ventilator fan in the bathroom, small bathroom.

Very large bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Easy access to room without having to go through hotel but this also meant getting wet when going to and from breakfast/pool area when it was raining. (These facilities are adjacent to the hotel) Quiet and private location. Although described as a lake view room there were better views of the mountains. Pretty view after dark. Reasonable choice offered at breakfast buffet. Convenient parking. Easy access to main routes for touring.

Basic facilities and furnishings.The general impression was shabby & in need of updating especially reception area which was dark & lacking in charm. We only saw two members of staff in six days but they were helpful and pleasant. The coffee was the worst ever. Small TV poor reception-channels limited to italian & sky sport - not CNN which is usually available at hotels of this star rating. There are other lovely hotels on the lake which are cheaper and have genuine lake views. The photos on the website of the lake must have been taken before rooftops blocked most of the view. Overall we were disappointed with our choice but to be fair to the hotel, all facilities advertised are there but could be enhanced to bring it up to 3 star standard.

Clean rooms and a great bathroom, very large balcony and a nice pool. Good views over the lake and mountains, the walk to Menaggio is fairly short (10 mins) and easy, the steps aren't steep.

The breakfast was simple but fine. Some 'quirks' to the fittings (ie wonky shelves!)

the location is not good, its very far up a hill so without a car is terrible. the staff can never be found and reception is never staffed, the sauna costs €5 per person per half hour, at 11.06 cleaners knocked on our door to ask us to check out (just 6 minutes after checkout), drinks were a rip off at €3 each for a can of coke or whatever, its a very basic hotel without anything luxurious or 3 star about it. you could get much better for the money.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage mit gebührenpflichtigem Parkplatz vor dem Haus, es war ruhig sowohl von der Straße her als auch innerhalb des Hotels.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, fast zu groß, unpersönlich und kalt gestaltet, erst nach Stunden mit einer zu kleinen Gasheizung warm zu bekommen. Zudem war die angebotene, völlig überteuerte Sauna ab 18 Uhr geschlossen. Das war das größte Ärgernis !!!

le parking payant, soi disant privé et sécurisé, se trouve sur la rue et accessible à tous!!!

Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas abseits, ist aber auch über einen Fußweg gut ans Zentrum angebunden. Könnte evtl. für einige als anstrengend, weil steil, empfunden werden. Sehr ruhig.

Zimmer recht klein. Frühstück eher bescheiden.
