The personal was friendly and helpful, the internet connection was great and it is possible to print in case of web check-in or anything else!

I did not like that they wanted to move me to another hotel across the street despite of booking the hotel 6 months before the arrive. I do not know why they try to move us. I choose the hotel because of the good rewiews of this concrete hotel!

Very Clean, lovely room in old building. Building is very pretty.

The Hotel was in the right location for easy access to all the sites, The bed worked wonders for my bad back, The food was excelent in the morning and the staff were very helpful. On our last day there was a train and bus strike and the staff made sure we had a taxi standing by to take us to the airport.

The staff was excellent. My BFF and I felt extremely safe. Thank You

Room was smaller than expected. The shower didn't drain correctly. Took about 30 minutes to drain. Ceiling in bathroom was not finished.

Goog location, clean room, bath is clean. Breakfast was good, free wifi in room.

Old and slow Elevator. Little bit tiny room But it wothr location and price.

Very helpful and friendly staff at hotel Reception. Rooms were very clean. Hotel decor was attractive and gave the impression of a traditional Italian hotel. Waiters at breakfast were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast arrangements could be improved if guests could serve themselves to fresh milk at the breakfast buufet. Small jugs could be put out for tea and bigger jugs for cerial. It would be good if water was available too This would aso make it easier for the waiters. I also thought the coffee was too frothy and sweet..

We were staying at the hotel as a stop over from landing at fco to taking a train from termini the next day. The hotel was a short walk to the train station and the helpful staff sent us to a great local restaurant to eat before retiring after a long flight. The breakfast the next morning was very good.

The shower in our room was very tiny.

The location is super great!!! a walk from the hotel to the nearest Metro station is around 2 mins time and around 4 mins you can find Roma Termini! Actually if you re not very tired, you can definitely go to many tourist spots like Piazza del Popolo all the way to Piazza Rebulica! you can also walk to Colosseum. super convenient and easy to reach. the guys at reception are nice and there are two computers at there you can use

the computers at reception cant display Chinese and the internet access system is a little bit weird though...but not a big problem...at least you can get things done...(you have to ask for the user name and password for the the internet access at reception)
