the prompt service...re extra towels, pillows etc. staff were very helpful re using the hotel's 'free' internet service, getting to some of the sights, and even ordering a taxi for the airport at 3;30am. The Breakfast was excellent, offering quite a variety of selections. The Breakfast rooms (2) as so small, it felt cramped...however, this did not detract from breakfast quality, but it did affect the social dynamics of our group...often spread out, over 3-4 tables. We knew that on our last day we were leaving at 3:30am and I made enquiries re a packed breakfast, which they refused to provide. However, at the airport, there were several passengers from other hotels taking the same flight with 'packed lunches'. |

It was very handy location to the roma termini and was a quiet location without street noises. We were happy for the option of a smoking room. There was a good variety for breakfast and the staff very friendly and accommodating The room was very tight without a suitable place for the luggage but the bathroom was great |

The room was clean and adequate for purpose. Very comfy bed and staff were friendly the breakfast was very poor, picking up packets of ham to use was not acceptable and the cheese selection non existant, only cheese was triangle soft cheese!!. The Hotel was very clean and comfortable with coffee and tea making facilities. Handy for buses and trains. The staff were not very warm and welcoming. They stood behind breakfast bar saring at the guests. We had to ask for more coissants and coffee. The hotel lacked a comfortable sitting area/lounge. |

Spacious room and bathroom. Free Internet connection. Old fashion workable elevator. Mini bar & refrigerator inside the room. Crowded breakfast room. Trash bins only inside bathroom. Slow elevator. Hard uncomfortable mattress. Very noisy window viewing a busy street. Rusty looking pipes inside bathroom. |

The hotel was excellently situated for all major sights around Rome. Although the Metro/train station is practically on the doorstep, we still managed to walk to most of the major attractions. The staff were very courteous and the breakfast, although basic, did the trick. |

Staff at annex accomodation where lovely and very friendly, breakfast was excellent, bedding and towels where spotlessly clean. Cleaning standards where of the highest calibre. location was very good. Main hotel, staff okay, decor dingy, not at all impressed! Upon our arrival we where told that the main hotel was full and that we would have to stay for one night at their additional accomodation in another hotel,we where informed that staff would transfer our luggage to the main hotel the following day. The alternative accomodation was superb, staff where wonderful and the room etc was perfect! We asked the following morning if we could stay in this room for the duration of our holiday but where told that we had to move as they had a large party of people who wanted to be based in the same hotel! (2nd day of our five day holiday and we where still to unpack!) We moved back to main hotel and the decor was dingy and the wall by the single bed was filthy. Hated main hotel!!! |

This hotel was perfect for our 3 days in Rome. It was convenient to tourist spots, very clean, and had a variety of food for breakfast. No language problems with the staff. We were very satisfied with our choice. |

Friendly English speaking staff. We stayed in the Sonya Suites which were just down the street opposite Hotel Sonya. They were modern, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Great location, easy walk from Termini Rail Station. Good base for daily sightseeing of all the local Historical sites. Would recommend these suites to others. |
