The hotel is in an old building, but the rooms are modern and nicely prepared. Some of the floors in the building are private, not part of the hotel, but this is no problem. The elevator was added to the building long ago, and long after the building was new -- it is part of the charm of this hotel. An excellent tratorria can be found around the corner. |

Able to visit anywhere quickly by metro. Near restaurants, opera opposite. We knew there were buses but it would have been helpful to have information on what bus goes where. Warm yoghurt. no ice underneath to keep chilled. Poor quality orange juice. Shower extremely small. Difficult to manoevre when showering. It was a small room and only saw your questionnaire at end when no time to fill in. Breakfast should have had more varied ham and cheese. |

The rooms were very clean. I realy liked the tea and coffee facilities that were supplied. The hotel was very central and make it easy for us to get about the city. The breakfast was good. The rooms were just a little small. |

Location When we arrived they put us into a ground floor room with no window and smaller than expected and told us we could move to a better room the next day.Considering we had booked well in advance this was not good enough, we had been travelling for two months and the last thing we needed here was to be told to move again. |

The staff were friendly & helpful, the rooms were spotlessly clean, the bathroom had a really great shower, the location was fairly central & walkable to most of the sights - & the beds were really comfortable!! No option of a cooked breakfast. Would have been nice to also have a bath in the room. |

The staff is very friendly and willing to help you with whatever you need. The cleaning lady comes every day to arrange the bed, arrange/change the towels, empty the basket trash. In the room you can make yourself coffe or tea without paying anything. The walls are quite thin and you can hear the noises from the other rooms. |

The view of the Bay was breath taking. The staff...The Best. The location...The Best. This Villa in Sorrento rates number 1 with any in all of Europe. If you need some time to relax or just bound with family, you will find it hard pressed to match Sonya. Closed to it all but far from it all. Enjoy the stay. James Castiglione |

The room was comfortable and well put together. The location was great for being near things, but not too close to Termini station to be unsavory. Some of the door locks on the exterior doors were broken. |

The room was relatively big, well equiped, (waterboiler etc) and tidy every day. The bathroom was well equiped, very clean and lots of clean towels every day. It was quiet even though the room was towards the street. We slepts so well. The staff was all very nice and helpeful. Cannot think of anything. |

Recently refurbished, elegant Augusta Lucilla Palace is housed in a restored 18th century building in a nice area close to Rome’s Termini station and beautiful Santa Maria Maggiore Church. |
When in Rome, being close to Termini is a great help in finding your way around. Madison Hotel is one of the first things you'll see outside the Railway Station. |
An old patrician building, the hotel is found just one block away from Termini main rail station and air terminal, and just minutes walk from the major tourist attractions. |
Centrally located within the historic city of Rome, the position of the hotel allows you to easily reach the main monuments, including the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. |
