Score from 25 reviews Excellent
In a 19th-century building, the Quirinale is a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum. This historic hotel is connected to Rome Opera House through a passageway in its leafy courtyard.
Score from 3996 reviews Very good
We had the biggest room and I must say this 3-star has everything a solid 4-star would have, including daily changed toiletries, fridge, safe, air conditioning, flat-screen tv, bidet, and many more! About 20-25mins walk to colosseum, 15mins walk to Termini. For this price its the best u could ask for!
A bit confusing to find since its located in a residential building.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and the service were above average. The room was warm, clean and well-designed.
warm and clean room mattress
the breakfast is really good and l like the location which is close to the metro and train station. there are also a few good local restaurants around.
The staff on the reseption in the moorning and on the breakfast are very kind.
The (Indian?) guy on the reception in the afternoon is bit lazy and no so kind.
Nice, clean hotel. Nice breakfast and and waiters are doing a really good job. Nice people and nice atmosphere. The room has tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Wi-fi worked well.
It would be nice to have some more stuff in the bathroom - there is only 1 piece of tiny soap and shampoo/bath liquid sachet per person! To wash with this set it's not an easy thing :)
Receptioner not responsible person, door access not comfortable
Nice view, king size bed, freindly staff speaking reasonable English, good location - withing walkable disctance to major touristic places. Overall very good impression.
Maybe not too important for those on holidays but the internet is a bit slow.Good breakfast but the choice is a bit limited.
The Roma hotel was Clean, new, nice interior designed and will furnished rooms
While checking in the staff Changed or residence that has been booked by Internet in Sonya Hotel to Roma Hotel without previous notice to me by mail
Nicely renovated rooms. Close to Rome Termini.
Location, cleanliness, friendly staff
Good for a short stay. Great location. Nice stuff.
Small rooms that need to be refreshed. Leaky windows. Cold radiator in the bathroom (I was 2 nights at January).
The staff were very welcoming on arrival and we got a room upgrade which also helped. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very attentive, friendly and polite (everyone front desk, breakfast -cleaning staff and the manager). The location enabled us to visit the museums, different piazza's and the archaeological sites by foot (also very close to metro and bus station). Good Wi-Fi. The hotel offers more than a 3 stars hotel.
There was nothing we didn't like
- Location 5-10 min to the Roma Termini. - The bathroom for suite is very clean and very good. - Extra free bed is available for suite room.
- The bed cover was not cleaned or changed every day.
The staffs are nice. The room is clean. For the breakfast, it was great!
We are being transfered to Opera Hotel. Not too thrill about it. Free wi fi and the breakfast is good, but the rest is poor or at least fair. The morning receptionist guy is very un friendly.
Five minutes walk to the station, but is not disorderly nor insecure. A good area to live in Rome. Close to metro and train station, near a museum and the opera house. Room is clean. Facilities are satisfied. The bathroom is clean, bright and spacious. BTW, breakfast is also good.
wifi sometimes does not work well.
Location was perfect, walked to all monuments in Rome, all within 10 to 25 minutes walk, we only took the bus to Vertican and that cost 1.5 euros each. Hotel was clean and newly renuvated (we were in room 554, all rooms in the section were newly renuvated, not sure if same applies to other floors or adjacent sections), the cleaning staffs were great and breakfast was excellent.
During rush hours you might have to wait a minute or two to use the lift as it will be very busy.
Very good staff and good location
needs updating a little tired perhaps bathroom needs new shower cubicle just old but clean
Location is good and staffs are friendly.
The breakfast was not good at all! If you go for breakfast around 9: 30, you see displeadure at the behavior and face of some staff.
Location is great and stafff were very firndly. Breakfast was very good.
Staff was helpful. During the week end, prices are multiplied by7 compared to what I paid for a night during the week (Monday to a Tuesday). Believe me, if you pay 360 euros for the double room I had, you'll be very very disapointed. But if you pay 50 euros as I did, then it's worth it!
One thing to mention though: it was awfully hot inside, around 30°C in the rooms, corridors, ... while the outside temperature was still 18°. I don't even now why heating was on everywhere in this hotel. This is probably a sign of our stupid world: waste energy as much as you can! ^^
Facilities and accessibility. Accessible to Roma Termini and Buses and locations. Center of heart. Breakfast was delicious and authentic. We love it.
