Hotel Sonya

Hotel Opera (stayed for a week): friendly design, very friendly, helpful stuff :), clean, quiet rooms (large enough), large bathroom, mini bar, safety box, tv, tea maker, free notebook, free wifi, metro-bus-railway station in 5 minutes walking distance, supermarket on the next corner, restaurant in the next building (not good though)

wifi failed after 1 day (never came back), breakfast was the same every day, no choice, orange juice means fanta, tv-cable had a contact fault, dark furniture, only 3 little lamps, tiny old elevator - after all I do recommend Hotel Opera Roma

Magyarok! Csak ajánlani tudjuk ezt a hotelt mindenkinek!! Mi nagyon kedvező áron vettük igénybe karácsonykor! Nagyon megérte az árát!The climate in the room was very warm (in winter), and the breakfast was fine!!!

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was roomy and spotless.

We stayed at hotel opera roma hotel which belongs to sonya which we found to be very clean tidy and very helpful staff

It was very handy location to the roma termini and was a quiet location without street noises. We were happy for the option of a smoking room. There was a good variety for breakfast and the staff very friendly and accommodating

The room was very tight without a suitable place for the luggage but the bathroom was great

Excellent location, close to rail and good eating places; friendly helpful staff and service. Rooms were generous size and comforable.

Spacious room and bathroom. Free Internet connection. Old fashion workable elevator. Mini bar & refrigerator inside the room.

Crowded breakfast room. Trash bins only inside bathroom. Slow elevator. Hard uncomfortable mattress. Very noisy window viewing a busy street. Rusty looking pipes inside bathroom.

Good location,near termini station, lots of cheaper restaurants, friendly atmosphere

Position excellent for sites withinwalking distance. Hotel had everything required,tea,coffee replenished daily. Staff very helpful about sites. A very enjoyable visit.

We had faulty safe which staff were helpful to fix but we still had problems.

Did not like the entrance to hotel or the staircase.

Staff at annex accomodation where lovely and very friendly, breakfast was excellent, bedding and towels where spotlessly clean. Cleaning standards where of the highest calibre. location was very good. Main hotel, staff okay, decor dingy, not at all impressed!

Upon our arrival we where told that the main hotel was full and that we would have to stay for one night at their additional accomodation in another hotel,we where informed that staff would transfer our luggage to the main hotel the following day. The alternative accomodation was superb, staff where wonderful and the room etc was perfect! We asked the following morning if we could stay in this room for the duration of our holiday but where told that we had to move as they had a large party of people who wanted to be based in the same hotel! (2nd day of our five day holiday and we where still to unpack!) We moved back to main hotel and the decor was dingy and the wall by the single bed was filthy. Hated main hotel!!!

I liked on location because its near sights and railway station.The room was quite small but comfort and good equipments. The staff was friendly. A breakfest was quite good.
