Merkeze yakın olması. Odalar çok küçük,mobilyalar eski ve iç karartıcı.Duş o kadar küçüktü ki başımı yıkamak için elimi kaldırmakta zorlandım. |

Kahvaltısı gayet iyiydi. Otelin internet saysafındaki görüntüsü gerçeği yansıtmıyor gibi. Görüntünde sanki mustakilmiş gibi yer almıç Halbuki sadece bir kaç katı otele ait olan bir apartman dairesi. Ayrıca triple odaları kullanışlı değil. |

Tren garına ve otobüs durağına çok yakın.Vatikana gitmek dışında otobüse ihtiyaç yok heryere yürüyerek gidilebilinir [biraz yorucu ama en güzel görme yöntemi].Kahvaltı çok güzeldi ama salonu ufak.İtalyadaki çoğu otel gibi bir apartmanın birkaç katı otele aitti.Eski tip asansöre bayıldım. |

yeri çok merkezi. çalışanlar iyi ingilizce konuşuyorlar ve çok kibarlar. odada ketıl, çay ve cam fincan olması çok güzel bi detaydı ve minibardaki içeceklerin fiyatları son derece uygundu. kahvaltı güzeldi. |

THE breakfast in the morning was excellent. The staff very friendly . we stayed in the new hotel (hotel opera) on our return to rome and it was wonderful. OUR room was very hot and we could not keep the window open because of the noise of the traffic. The bathroom was very small and the fan made a terrible racket. Another room location would have been fine. |

Room 102 was very small but tthey changed my room on the second day. best to stay on 1st floor and above.The hotel was the Opera NOT the Sonya. Excellent service from the staff and would stay here again. |

Great location, very friendly and helpful stuff, clean place, good breakfast--feed you ok for good begginig to visit city, possiblility for use internet for free and they do shettule from airport :) Room (twin) not really big, looks like they make twin from double :) but it's NOT inconvenience at all if you just sleep there. |

Continental breakfast was great- including capichino and a good variety of food. Also the staff was very helpful and friendly, ordered us a taxi,and printed our boarding pass. We stayed 4 nights We actually stayed at their sister hotel : the Opera Roma. The Lift was a little small but no big deal. |

Its accessability to the sites and to the Termini. It is located on a quiet street. It had a safety deposit box in room The fact that air conditioning is switched off in October, however as it was a quiet street we were able to open windows |

Really friendly staff, well located to access the major sites of Rome. The room was clean with ensuite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning, fridge and safe at no extra cost. Continental style breakfast was excellent with good choice of croissant, cakes, fruit, yoghurt and cereal. |

the prompt service...re extra towels, pillows etc. staff were very helpful re using the hotel's 'free' internet service, getting to some of the sights,and even ordering a taxi for the airport at 3;30am. The Breakfast was excellent, offering quite a variety of selections. The Breakfast rooms (2) as so small, it felt cramped...however, this did not detract from breakfast quality, but it did affect the social dynamics of our group...often spread out, over 3-4 tables. We knew that on our last day we were leaving at 3:30am and I made enquiries re a packed breakfast, which they refused to provide. However, at the airport, there were several passengers from other hotels taking the same flight with 'packed lunches'. |

It was very handy location to the roma termini and was a quiet location without street noises. We were happy for the option of a smoking room. There was a good variety for breakfast and the staff very friendly and accommodating The room was very tight without a suitable place for the luggage but the bathroom was great |

The room was clean and adequate for purpose. Very comfy bed and staff were friendly the breakfast was very poor, picking up packets of ham to use was not acceptable and the cheese selection non existant, only cheese was triangle soft cheese!!. Cakes were good though. Breakfast room was very cramped. |
