i like the cleaness and the price resonable. i did not like when i asked for an extra bed they could not provid me for the single room. then i had to pay for another room for my guest. |

Nice hotel sited close to the Stazione Central, very reasonable for the price of the room. Very polite and helpful staff. Room small but sufficient, nice and clean with a small but sufficient bathroom. Perfect for a one night stay before my flight home. Breakfast buffet delicious with nice and fast waiters. No restaurant in the hotel, only breakfast. |

the location of the hotel was excellent.To call it international the guests must be spoken to in English and must feel wanted , the rates come later.Even aster a lot of complaints the English channels on the TV remained blocked.How is one, a foreigner supposed to follow Italian channels?In Italy generally English speaking , non Italian speaking people are not welcome Lack of interest to attend to the customers compalints,Indifference to the non Italian guests make it an unsuitable place for foeigners to stay |

Location to Central Station in Milan was main reason for stopping at this hotel. One elevator for an hotel with 5 storey's up,I'd say far from ideal.The bed in the single room was up against a wall and it was much too small,resembled a childs bed. |
