ห้องพักคับแคบมากค่ะ ตอนที่จองไปบอกว่ามีAir condition แต่พอไปถึงแอร์ถูกถอดออกเพราะพนักงานบอกว่าเป็นช่วงห- น้าหนาว ทำให้นอนร้อนมาก พอจะเปิดหน้าต่างนอน เสียงจากด้านนอกดังมาก ทั้งเสียงรถ เสียงแตร เสียงไซเรน และเสียงคนเอะอะโวยวายเนื่องจากมีร้านอาหารกึ่งบาร์อ- ยู่ข้างๆ ทำให้นอนไม่ค่อยหลับถึงแม้ว่าจะเหนื่อยจากการช๊อปปิ้- งมาทั้งวัน

It was mentioned as 4*, but in fact - it is 3*. Very small breakfast - without hot dishes.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was rich.

We asked the reception for any restaurants open after 15:00 and told us that there is nothing other than take away places.Finally, we realised that the restaurants round Duomo were all open and serving food. We realised that generally information desks in Milan don't work for tourists.

Hotel stuff is not particularly welcoming and interested in making your stay very pleasant.

For me the hotel looks very fancy for a three stars hotel. Location is OK. After being in Milano several times for only one night, this is the first time that I ready liked the hotel although the other hotels were OK but not more than that.

Clean, comfortable, nice design.

Very basic breakfast and the personal at breakfast very slow to respond under some request we made. The hotel offers WiFi but you have to pay. They don't say that clearly in the website. Also, the hotel offers airconditioning but it is off because the Italian law says that you can turn it on from may 15th. If so, why the hotel offers air conditioning?

Hotel was within walking distance of the main train station and restaurants. Good sized bathroom & shower. Has a very welcome lift. The breakfast was excellent.

The pillows were uncomfortable.The room was hot and airconditioner could not be adjusted - opened the window but the road was very noisy so we were woken several times during the night

We loved this hotel. It was in a great location, right next to the train station. It was a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Spacious and very clean room (Italian showers seem to be small so i'll let that go). Breakfast was varied and all tasted good. Get there early if you want the best pastries as they soon go. Staff were friendly and attentative but i think its an Italian thing where you feel they don't go way out of their way for you. We were happy all the same and came and went as we pleased. Location is very close to the Centrale station and easy to find if you have a map prepared. Bit of a walk into the centre but lots of transport links nearby at the station (tram, bus, metro).

This "City Tax" thing in Europe is a bit of a joke. We paid 2 euros in Spain for a great hotel that was 3 stars but 12 euros for this one in Milan I wouldn't say was as good! Wifi wasnt free, around 9 euros if i can remember. We had it free in other "lower star" hotels on our trip so this seemed a bit tight. It wasn't a double bed but two singles pushed together which moved apart if one of you was to sleep near the edge, how romantic....

Air con not functional. Cold cappacino. Limited breakfast options. Original quoted price for room is vastly exaggerated (300 eur +).

Friendly staff;good recommendation for nearby trattoria.Excellent for overnight stay and my wife enjoyed being near shopping on Corso Buenos Aires.
