The location - it is beside the bus and train station. Large room and bathroom. Nice breakfast on the terrace. Our room was dark. Not a lot of light getting in. No life - had to use only stairs. Not a good selection of restuarants nearby - need to walk to the centre. |

We enjoyed our visit to Siracusa and the location of the hotel is very central to all of the historic areas for walking. The breakfast on the terrace is excellent and the assistance from the attendents at the desk were most helpful; We look forward to returning and hopefully the restaurant will be open in the old chapel adjoining the hotel. |

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena para visitar el Museo, el Parque Arqueológico, Ortigia, y las paradas de autobuses urbano y interurbanos. El Sorella Luna no pude beneficar de la conexión de Internet porque el Hotel no me proporcionó una contraseña conrrecta. Me dio un pedaza de papel con la seña escrita a mano. Algunas letras no eran muy nítidas, p.e., no eran claras las diferencias entre g, q, y 9 o entre O y 0. Imagine que era para confundiar a los hospedes para oculatar la falta del servicio. |

La pulizia della camera, le belle rifiniture degli ambienti e degli arredi, la prossimità al centro storico e ai mezzi di trasporto pubblici e il contemporaneo ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Colazione buona e in una bella terrazza. Un po' di rumore la mattina presto. Non funzionava lo scarico della doccia... Un po' buia la stanza perchè la finestra è piccola ma anche perchè luci non sufficienti. |
