Sorella Luna  

A nice room with a balcony, simple yet elegant in decoration, very clean. Excellent location in my opinion. A short walk from the train station, close to seeing the monuments in Siracusa and also a short walk to lovely Ortigia where there are amazing restaurants and trattorie.

The first night I did not sleep well because the neighboring restaurant was having a function. The dj played the music until about 1:30 am. Our room was right next to the restaurant. This did not occur the subsequent nights. If you want to be sure, request a room on the other side of the hotel. It was quiet on that end and you could not hear the music from there.

It is well situated. I found a reserved parking just opposite the hotel

Bed was unconfortable and aircondition didi not work properly. At night could not open window due to noise from outside. Internet did not work

Breakfast on the terrace was brilliant. Location close to the bus station was great for getting to local beaches.

Wifi didn't operate into the rooms very well. Also we requested a double bed for a couple but only got twin beds which didn't push together.

Very friendly staff, 5 minutes walking to Ortigia

Scruffy neighborhood, but seemed safe enough. Somewhat equidistant from the two primary sights in Siracusa - the island of Ortygia and the archeological park, so the location was good from that aspect.

Best thing about staying here is the free public bus service (No 20) into the town. And the close proximity to the railway station

Internet speed was good

On Sunday night in my room 114, there was intolerable noise from the disco next door until 1:30 am, preventing me from sleeping until it stopped.The hotel staff were aware of it, but did not assign me a different room or warn me.

Lo único bueno, el parking el la puerta del hotel. Como era Diciembre y había pocos clientes había una plaza libre.

Nada más llegar nos encontramos que el personal de recepción no hablaba ni inglés, ni español y poco italiano, algo increíble. No habían preparado la cuna en la habitación. La decoración es antigua y el ambiente frío y triste, parece un convento de clausura. La habitación se quedaba pequeña con la cuna y no era nada cómoda. El aparato de calefacción no calentaba lo suficiente, los techos son altos y hay mucho que calentar. Nos pidieron pagar por adelantado. En definitiva, el peor hotel que hemos visitado con diferencia, nada recomendable.

Albergo tranquillo, camera spaziosa, colazione buona.

Evitate di consigliare la trattoria "da Mariano": la cucina vale decisamente poco, non ci sono prezzi esposti e non fanno nemmeno la ricevuta.

Hotellion siisti, kauniisti ja tyylikkäästi remontoitu. Huoneet tilavia. Nettiyhteys on, joskin aika hidas.Hotelli on lähellä rautatieasemaaja Ortigian saarellekaan ei ole pitkä matka. Henkilökunta on palvelualtisja antaa yleensä neuvoja Syracusasta ja esimerkiksi ruokapaikoista.
