We just loved this treasure .... perfectly situated centrally in the old town and close to the lift which takes you down to the harbour. It was plenty big enough for what we requires (somewhere to lay our heads) and it's lovely that it is kitted out with the mini kitchen. Just fabulous !!!
Spacious room with good cooking opportunities. There was also few english tv channels for rainy days. Nothing to complaint!
Perfect location in old Sorrento, close to the lift to the beach and dock. Very nice room, very friendly staff.
Wifi a little spotty, but we weren't there to stay connected, anyway.
Giovanni is very friendly and helpful and the place is kept very clean. He is also very flexible in accommodating us. Highly recommend this place. Grazie millie Giovanni and family!
The shower area was narrow.
Central location was really handy, near station and port and the restaurants that were open in February Very Helpful staff
We had the smallest apartment with no balcony and view to back over other buildings, but we could see the sea, just! This was fine for our trip in February, but might not be so good in the season
The staff was amazing!
Staff tried hard to appease us. They are very friendly and welcoming. Good security but no in- room safe.
Sofa beds should not be included as a bed!! The rooms are really for two persons with a sofa for small child, possibly. Room dimensions should be mentioned on websites.
very central location, staff are very helpful and friendly, laundry option is a big help
Proximity to the heart of Sorrent yet quiet street. Very helpful manager, very clean, modern and spacious room. Ability to prepare a meal if we wanted to self cater.
I really enjoyed my stay with my friends at the Sorrento Apartments. We were lost when we arrived and the front desk manager came to get us. We were than told we can have someone pick our car up for less than the garage. The apartment was nice and look just like the pictures. Enough space for 5 if you would like to share beds, two queen and a twin. Bathroom was beautiful. The hotel is about three blocks from the square. Excellent staff and family. Thanks, everyone in my group would stay there again.
Sorrento is not a good place to go in the winter. Mostly everything was close early. Go in the summer when shops and restaurants are open throughout the night.
Sorrento Apartments are excellent... Fantastic location, friendly helpful staff and very clean. I would highly recommend Sorrento Apartments.
There was nothing to not like:)
Very clean and tidy apartment, friendly helpful staff. Centrally located. Highly recommend
Comfortable bed, spacious studio, daily cleaning. The apartment is just off the main thoroughfare so it doesn't have the noise. Very convenient for restaurants and cafes as well as the multitude of baroque chapels and churches in the town.
The kitchen was adequate but lacked a microwave which would have made eating in a bit easier.
everything really, location, space, helpfulness of staff, the list goes on. cannot fault anything
Lovely self-contained apartment with balcony overlooking the quiet street, excellent staff who spoke English with a great kitchenette for preparing own meals. Bed was comfortable but wi-fi dropped out sometimes in the room.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was comfortable. Location was great, very close to the marina and lift. Washing was done for 5 euros which was good value (they don't have a dryer so make sure you allow time to dry outside).
No tea towel or scourer provided in kitchen so washing up a bit of a problem. SKY TV lacked English language option or English channels (part from Aljazeera and possible one other) - so limited viewing.
We booked Sorrento Appartments largely because the price was good. I never really expected the reality to live up to the pictures on the website, but if anything it was even nicer. The location in the old part of town is great, the staff were really friendly and the room was just lovely.
The only slight drawback is that it could be a little noisy as the building is quite echo-y. It wasn't a big problem though.
The location was wonderful. The room/apartment was great. We had a balcony that overlooked the street. The Staff was very helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and Sorrento.
Very clean mordern vibe. It was compact but well organized. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English which was very handy. Staff gave great insight to the local area and had great suggestions. I would stay here again.
No towel hooks or hand towel hangers. This should be a easy fix. Definitely not a deal breaker.
Small hotel but the staff/owner is very friendly and gave us a lot of helpful information.
Place of taking shower is too small, so during bath the curtain is alway "sticking" to your body. Besides the curtain is not long enough and water splashed all over the floor. Hope to improve this.
As soon as we arrived, we were made to feel welcome by Mirko and his staff. We liked that we were in the center of Sorrento and could walk to everything, but since the apartments were located on a quiet street, we could get away from the tourists and activity. We had a one bedroom apartment with kitchen and balcony. We were very happy to have a balcony and feel it is worth the extra price to be able to go outside for a snack or just to relax. There is no view to speak of but pleasant nevertheless. The kitchen was set up nicely, but we would have liked a microwave which our particular apartment did not have. We were disappointed to find that the one bedroom label was not quite what we expected as it was really one large bedroom area with kitchen facilities. We assumed that we would have a separate bedroom. The bathroom was quite nice with an excellent and large shower. The security to enter and leave was very good. To leave you press a button outside, and the gate opens and then closes behind you. There is also a casual bar/restaurant attached to the apartments, so there is always someone at the desk into the evening. We ate there several times, and the wait staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was nicely decorated, the staff friendly, the location excellent, the tv had Skye channels, and there was daily cleaning service. For 5 euros per wash, we were also able to have our clothes washed, a service that was greatly appreciated.
We would have liked a microwave in the kitchen and think that the one bedroom should be renamed large studio, since in fact, there was not a separate bedroom.
The location of the apartment was centrally located in the historic center. Very easy to catch the ferry to Capri, walk to all restaurants, but was on the quieter end of the historic district which was an added bonus. We loved being able to walk out of the building and walk around the town. We especially loved going to the bar located downstairs from the apartment and interacting with the family that owned and ran the apartments/restaurant. The family were extremely helpful in all aspects of the room, places to go, etc. We were very impressed.
The only small issue I had was that the beds were a bit hard, but we found that to be the in case in all the places we stayed in.
This family owned Boutique Style was a perfect match For my! Definately coming back!!
