Aircon was very noisy

Good location for centre and rail/bus station. Very quiet. Welcoming and helpful. Lovely fruit on arrival.

Great location - 2 minutes from the Piazza Tasso, but yet peaceful and completely quiet at night time.

Breakfast quite meagre.

The hotel is located near the main street of Sorrento. There was a small kitchen in the room, if one likes to make food.

The air conditioning was noisy and air conditioning was not effective enough. There was no staff at all and we have to wait for the staff arrival to the hotel when we made late check-in. The service hours of the staff are not tourist friendly so there's only few hours in the day when one is able to check-in. The price was high compared to the level of service and the level of the room.

We arrived at Sorrento by car, the GPS could not locate the address since the location was in an alley inaccessible by car. Beside the door was an intercom connected to the owners cell phone, she did not live on the premises. The room was on the third floor, 62 steps, no elevator. Nearest parking 200 meters away at 20.- Euros a night. The beds felt like sleeping on box-springs, Minimal breakfast was served in the room by the cleaning lady. We left the next morning and paid the penalty for leaving early. Christa Groening, Toronto

Great location. Spotless clean. Breakfast brought to your room everyday by a lovely young woman. Balcony with great view of one of the finest ristorante's in Itlay. Would highly recommend this B&B to anyone staying in Sorrento.

Big apartment, good stuff, good view towards the garden, with kitchen.

No elevator, wait 10 minutes to check in.

- Situation géographique excellente : proche de la mer (accés par ascenceur), de la Corso Italia (rue shopping), de la gare et du port (auquel on accéde en bus) - Bon restaurant juste en bas de l'hôtel sous les citronniers - Petite kitchenette pour se faire à manger Grande chambre

- Immonde petit déjeuner ! on l'a même annulé le deuxiéme jour ! - Salle de bain vieillotte avec porte de salle de bains cassé.

酒店的位置极佳，但是在闹市街区的深巷里，所以又不吵闹。员工服务周到。每天会有早饭端上门。不过她如果稍- 稍会一点英语的话沟通就更方便了。房间很宽敞- 温馨，就像家一样。可以方便地使用厨房的设备。最棒的其实是临近的餐厅TavernAllegra。非常美- 味，大厨Giovanni的手艺极佳，龙虾面- 、千层面和海鲈鱼让人难忘。owner和其他staff的服务也超贴心，推荐一定要试试。

没有电梯比较考验体力。不过员工Gn会主动帮手。

La limpieza de la habitación, la habitación era grande y muy cómoda.

No me gustó el desayuno, era poco. No me gustó que no había una persona disponible las 24 hs para atender problemas. Tuvimos inconvenientes en el viaje y llegamos tarde para el checkin y nadie nos ayudó, tuvimos que dormir afuera porque no había nadie para atendernos cuando llegamos. Esto no estaba bien aclarado en los datos del hotel ni en los datos que nos enviaron en la reserva.

Localização, preço, acomoções simples e funcional, funcionaria responsável pelo hotel e a limpeza.

Very friendly welcome, nicely decorated and spacious, nice to have breakfast brought to our room, great location.

It would have been nice to have more variety in the food for breakfast although there was plenty of food for us.

La kitchenette,la vue sur les orangers,la grandeur de la chambre et la proximité du centre .

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment à revoir le thé n' a aucun goût,les croissants de grande surface.le jus d'orange c de l'eau colorée.Un conseil il faut acheter ce qu'il faut à la petite superette proche de l'hôtel.

La posizione è centrale e molto comoda.

Non c'è reception e bisogno suonare il citofono quando si arriva, e quando siamo arrivati noi non funzionava per cui giro di telefonate per fare arrivare la persona per il check-in. Non abbiamo trovato l'asciugacapelli ed il bagno era piuttosto malandato (tipo la doccia non si reggeva in posizione orizzontale, ed il box doccia rammendato con il silicone qua e la, insomma tutto un po' vecchiotto e tenuto male).

Town centre location was excellent and at the end of a very quiet narrow lane, overlooking orange trees. A minute's walk to the main street and square. Room size was good with space for two beds, table and chairs and kitchenette area. Staff, as others have said, were very friendly. Comfortable beds and good air conditioning, though this couldn't be left on while you were out as room key was needed to activate the electricity supply.

Hot water tank for showers inadequate to supply three showers. Even with the heater on for a long time - several hours, the water began to get cold during the second person's shower. We were disappointed by the very small balcony which had no seats on it. There were two other room similar to ours' (presumably the same layout with a kitchenette) on the floor below, which had much larger balconies with tables and chairs. (There was a roof terrace, though from the website photos, the room looked like it didn't have a kitchen area, or perhaps even a third bed, so possibly not suitable for us.) However, we booked last August and were staying for 7 nights, so would have appreciated a larger balcony.
