Sorrento Town Suites  

Only it is close to Piazza Tasso and bus, train, port. Nothing else. We did not have balcony, just one small window, up, we can not see the weather outside, we should go out. Dirty.

I liked the location. We were meeting friends and were very close to them, only a couple of minutes walk away. We had a problem with a flooded room and when we phoned to report this we had a really quick response and solution to the problem. It was just one of those things and no-one was to blame, but to have such a fantastic response was great.

I thought the breakfasts left quite a bit to be desired. The croissants we had weren't all that fresh. We had a croissant, equivalent of two teaspoons of jam, honey or chocolate spread and a cup of coffee, it wasn't good at all.

The directions to the apartment were not clear

It 's not so hard to find if you have good orientation!! Manager of this hotel Silvana was great! She gave us a map and explained everything about Sorrento.She was very helpful! We got a room at the last floor which has great big terrace and it's a perfect place for a breakfast!The lady that brings you breakfast(in your room) and cleans your room is very nice too. Always smiling.Location was excellent.from this hotel you can go anywhere.

It was difficult to get our suitcases on the last floor.

Excellent location, right in the centre of Sorrento, rooms are large with a kitchen. It is very clean and quiet, from our balcony we could see a garden. I would recommend this hotel to averyone who wants to have a calm place in a centre.

We went to Sorrento for a family wedding which was fantastic

Only the shower, but everything else is fantastic.

Location was excellent. It was also quiet, but close to city center. Our unit on the top floor (4th floor - no elevator) was worth the walk up due to a private terrace. The breakfast was very good and brought to the room each morning at time we requested. Kitchen facilities were adequate. Plenty of hot water.

A little hard to find the 1st day. Mattress was hard.

location of hotel was fantastic,few minutes from Piaza Tasso within walking distance of the train station, Restaurants and shops on the door step.Breakfast delivered to your room each morning coffee and crossiant very nice. Balcony overlooking orange grove with lovely views of the Hills especially at night. Ideal location especially for families.

The only thing I didnt like was they had no credit/Debit card machine on the premise and you had to go to an office down the street which had no sign to identify itself, blinds hanging on the door so you could not see if it was an office or someones home, no office times displayed, when we eventually found it we were told to come back later and they would be open until 8 at night, we returned at six to find the office closed. this was the onlyproblem we had otherwise totally enjoyed our stay. Would not consider it a Hotel rather an apartment

It's really nice!!!It's near the centre, Piazza Tasso, also near the bus/train station. The room is super big, with kitchen and seperate toilet... and the host is nice, too. He gave us the timetable and illustrated well. We love it!

10 marks to the staff, he was very helpful in explaining everything. Excellent location with the hotel in the middle of an orange garden with good mountain view. Spacious, roomy apartment with a kitchen which we were not aware that too for just 39euros. Will stay here if i happen to be in Sorrento again.

Wifi or internet option was not there in the apartment, had to go to a near by restaurant for wifi access, but other things compromised on this drawback.

The location was great. The staff very friendly.

Location near to shopping street, clean and great value.

Hard to locate for check-in on the first day, not accessible by car as it was located on the back street of a main shopping street. Took us more than half hour to find the hotel.
