Hotel Sorrento City  

the hotel was very well located and extremely clean. The rooms were small and a little tight for the 3 of us.The bar area was in the lobby but it was friendly enough and being within a short nwalk to a plethera of bars and cafe it was not a problem. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

I had secured the booking on my debit card knowing that booking.com does not take any money until you arrive at the Hotel. We wanted to pay our final bill with my friends debit card but the receptionist could not work out how to do this. Although this was not a problem for us it could have been for other travellers. I would stay at the hotel again.

Cleanliness. Closeness to station and shops. Friendly helpful staff. All the requirements for a place to comfortably sleep after a busy day in SorrentoPompei, and the Amalfi coast.

It is close to the train and bus stations and on the main shopping street.

The room was so small and with a concrete column next to the bed that I could not get onto and off the bed easily. The glass tops of the furniture in the room were filled with dust. We managed to change to another room on the next day which was a little better as that room did not have a concrete cloumn next to the bed.

Excellent location close to the train station, on the main drag but with very good sound-proofing. Not what you'd call charming but certainly serviceable. Roberta and her staff were informative and helpful throughout our stay.

Central location and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Would definately stay here again. The rooms were great, nice and clean, lovely baloncy to sit and watch the world go by.

Great location. This hotel is very close to the main square. There is a supermarket right next to it. The hotel had helped me booked an excursion to the Amalfi Coast. The tour was excellent. This is an ok hotel if you are looking for value and location, but don't expect too much.

This is a very basic hotel. Limited supply of shampoos, toilet paper, towels and room service. We left the room at 8am in the morning and were surprised that the room wasn't cleaned by 5pm. Breakfast time is very short. It closes at 10am. When we got to the breakfast room at 10:10am, the cleaning lady was not happy and was ready to kick us out! We didn't end up having breakfast that morning.

Room is too small as well as lobby.

Great location--only a few minutes from the train station. Quiet, clean and Luxury with good variety of breakfast buffet.

They should provide free WiFi in the room instead of making everybody sit down in the lobby for the internet and WiFi connection.

The location, central good for coast and restaurants.Staff very friendly. Very welcoming and helpfull staff, all spoke english.
