Cleanliness. Closeness to station and shops. Friendly helpful staff. All the requirements for a place to comfortably sleep after a busy day in SorrentoPompei, and the Amalfi coast.

Breakfast, many types of cakes, really nice. Location is perfect, 3 minutes walk from Sorrento train station, 3 minutes from Pizza Tasso. The room is clean. I have a good stay here. Wifi in the lobby.

We enjoyed meeting the staff who were all exceptionally nice, helpful and spoke English. The room was a bit small but still comfortable. Very clean and modern. The room faced the main street and was very noisy but this wasn't noticeable when the doors to the balcony closed. The location is great for restaurants, shopping and train. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff were polite, efficient and very helpful. The hotel is ideally located in the main street and just around the corner from the train station. The room was lovely and had a small balcony, the beds were very comfortable and the shower excellent.

The hotel staff were more than helpful. They were thoughtful and considerate. Having no language issues was very bennificial. Gave great suggestions and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

It is close to the train and bus stations and on the main shopping street. The room was so small and with a concrete column next to the bed that I could not get onto and off the bed easily. The glass tops of the furniture in the room were filled with dust. We managed to change to another room on the next day which was a little better as that room did not have a concrete cloumn next to the bed.

Excellent location close to the train station, on the main drag but with very good sound-proofing. Not what you'd call charming but certainly serviceable. Roberta and her staff were informative and helpful throughout our stay.

Teresa on the front desk was excellent - and their top rating on booking sites is well deserved. We wanted a place to walk easily from the train and it is certainly that. Their eating recommendations and advice were wonderful, they even arranged a driver to take us to Poistano for the day. Very comfy beds, clean, cot in room as requested. Eat at the Red Lion around the corner - very cheap and beautiful food - especially seafood.

The hotel room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom. The bakery next door had good food for it's price and the market was so convenient. Being 1/2 block away from the Circumvesuviana Bus and Train station was very accessible as was the Square, shopping, eating places and hydrofoil. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great location. This hotel is very close to the main square. There is a supermarket right next to it. The hotel had helped me booked an excursion to the Amalfi Coast. The tour was excellent. This is an ok hotel if you are looking for value and location, but don't expect too much. This is a very basic hotel. Limited supply of shampoos, toilet paper, towels and room service. We left the room at 8am in the morning and were surprised that the room wasn't cleaned by 5pm. Breakfast time is very short. It closes at 10am. When we got to the breakfast room at 10:10am, the cleaning lady was not happy and was ready to kick us out! We didn't end up having breakfast that morning.
