Helpful staff and nice room. Easy traffic to the port and the island downtown. Only two-hour free access to Wi-Fi and the breakfast could be greater if there is meat. |

We liked cleennes in the room and in the lobby. All the staff was very frendly. We came for vocation to see Venice and other Italy citis after very hard work and we wanted to live in silent and nice place for not very expencive mony, but in good place, so it was exectly what we needed. It was very quait and peasful. It is very nice, that the ilend is small and it is not far to walk to the restaurant, beach, shop. And to reach the vaparetto station by bus was just 10min. It is very nice colors in the room, clean and romantic becouse of the stile of the bed decoration. Hors riding by the window was also nice and relaxing. We could see the sea from the window. It was nice bars next to the hotel with tasty and not expencive drinks. Breakfast could be a little bit reacher, but it was ok for this kind of hotel rate. |

I recommended, very nice staff and new acoomodations. Good shower. You can take a bus and then the vaporetto to Venice, or you can walk (~20-30 min) from the hotel to the vaporeto docks. The conditioned air was not working. The breakfast is fine but could be better, all the week the breakfast was exactly the same (no changes of juice, type of bread, etc). |

For a 2 star hotel it was above the standard that I expected. It was spotlessly clean. The lady on reception was very helpful regarding local transport. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was better than in some higher rated hotels that I have stayed in. The room was fairly basic, but it was after all 2 star. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and if I went to Venice again I would have no hesitation in booking to stay here again. Public transport made this hotel an ideal location. It was very quiet and I had three really good nights sleep. Breakfast was adequate, although people who came in after us had to clear their own tables, and pastries did seem to have run out. To make this hotel excellent, I would suggest tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge, a safe and a dressing table. |

Calm and quiet, not so far from the beach, clean. Good haven for a longer stay to visit Venice and surroundings. A freezer-fridge in the room would be welcome. Shower-doors could avoid overflooding of the bathroom. |

Friendly staff, quiet, spacious, good airconditioning. Breakfast could have been better. Location: the hotel is about 2.5 km from the center. The hotel does not have a private beach, though it supplies coupons for discount at a nearby private beach. The public beach near the center is more attractive. |

The staff was great! We travelled with two kids and the personnel did everything to make out stay as nice as possible. And the AC was much appreciated after a long hot day in Venice. Great buss-connections and a three minute walk to the beach, plus a view to the ride school. |

It was okay. Since I was not familiar with the location, the extra time and money for the water taxi was a surprised. It was not convenient to reach because we had two luggages with us. |

firstly is near to the bach, good for holiday with small children, confortable and clean. I think that the set for the beach ( umbrela and sun beds) should be free for the guests of the hotel. 25euro per day is too much . |

Simple inexpensive hotel. We paid 250 EUR for 3 nights and got all we could expect for 250 EUR. It would be good to have a refrigerator and a safe even in a hotel of such level. |
