“ Very Friendly & Clean All staff very willing to answer questions. Every morning our beds were made & room cleaned while we were down at breakfest (about 35/45mins) to me this shows a very efficent service. The owner will make any tour bookings for you with no change. ”

Well presented hotel with friendly and efficient staff. It is an ideal situation half way up the west side. You can explore the top end and take ferry back from Torri del Benaco and do the same when exploring the south end of the lake It's a fairly quiet spot with little around although the lake is only a 5 minute walk and the centre of Maderno is a 12 minute walk.

Very Friendly & Clean All staff very willing to answer questions. Every morning our beds were made & room cleaned while we were down at breakfest (about 35/45mins) to me this shows a very efficent service. The owner will make any tour bookings for you with no change. He arrange for our party of six, a Venice by night trip (excellent a must), a days boat hire on the Lake & a luxury taxi transfer back to the airport.

Clean hotel Friendly staff Pool Do not count on a relaxing night if you travel with children. Just 100m away, a heavy metal rock band was playing untill midnight. There is no aircon so had to have windows open during the night since the temperature was around 30 C. Warning: nusty mosquitos in the area

Very good location in nice area close to the beach as well as to the town centre. Fine swimming pool with jacuzzi and children corner. Excellent breakfast !!! I really enjoyed it ! Friendly and helpful staff. No air condition :(

The hotel was extremely well run and clean. The owners/managers and their team were extremely efficient and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with ample variety (there was even a section for gluten free diners). The swimming pool area was delightful - it never seemed overally crowded, and we always managed to find a sunbed. In fact one afternoon we had the terrace and the pool area completely to ourselves and it felt like staying in our own private villa! The hotel was not in easy walking distance to any restaurants, it would possibly not be a good choice of hotel you didn't have a car. Lunchtime snacks were very limited.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was quite big and had a nice view on the pool. This is a nicely renovated hotel with fair price. Breakfast was rich with nice Italian espresso. Sound isolation was not the best, you could hear your neighbours speaking. Parking place is outside of the hotel, which is not the safest solution.

Sehr freundliches Hotel, sehr reichhaltiges Morgenbuffet, zentrale Lage, alle wichtigen Örtlichkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar, ein schöner Pool zum Schwimmen. Die Anhänger der Zimmerschlüssel sollten einmal gereinigt werden.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet, das Frühstücksbuffet war schon klasse, selbstgemachten Kuchen und Marmelade vom feinsten. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Alles in allem einfach klasse, wenn wir wieder in diese Gegend kommen, dann ist dieses Hotel erste Wahl.

Frühstück einfach super....freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aller Angestellten,...auch vom Chef....spitze..!!!!! Habe es selbst erlebt, als mein Motorrad Hilfe brauchte...! Chef ist mit Leib und Seele Hotelier...!!! Garage für Mororrad, Trockenraum für nasse Kleidung stand zur Verfügung.

Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und auch zu einem Späßchen bereit. Hotelchef sehr zuvorkommend und mehrerer Fremdsprachen mächtig (deutsch und englisch neben italienisch) auch eine Angestellte hatte beide Sprachen drauf. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und Kaffeetechnisch auch auf Deutsche eingerichtet, was in Italien nicht immer der Fall ist. Frau vom Hotelchef hatte fast immer strenge Gesichtzüge und bewachte das Frühstücksbuffet einschließlich der Gäste (das störte) und völlig Lustlos ohne jedes Lächeln stand die Tochter dabei, naja!

Wir waren für eine Woche im Hotel. Es hat uns gut gefallen, der Hotelchef war immer freundlich und behilflich bei allen Fragen. Das Frühstück war für ital. Verhältnisse sehr gut. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist vielleicht nicht ganz optimal. Mit kleineren Kindern kann man nicht zum Strand laufen. Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage. Bei sehr heißen Tagen zu heiß im zweiten Stock.

La piscina con idromassaggio,il bagno,la posizione della camera e visuale,la colazione abbondante. Il confort sufficiente riguarda la mancanza di aria condizionata che col caldo record si è fatta sentire soprattutto di notte con l'obbligo di tener aperte le finestre quindi l'entrata di zanzare unitamente alla vicinanza con un disco bar con musica a volume elevato fino all'una.Bisogna precisare però che il gestore si scusa dicendo che il condizionamento sarà possibile quando verrà ampliata la portata elettrica a tutto il quartiere da parte dell'enel.

Sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt! Nette Mitarbeiter, im Hotel wird auf Sauberkeit geachtet, geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon! Man kann Strand, Supermarkt und Lokale zu Fuß erreichen! Evt. eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, da es nachts sehr heiß war!
