Sotto le Cummerse

We loved our little apartment in the historical centre of beautiful Locorotondo. We had lots of space, could cook if we wished and had a wonderful view over Val d'Itria. It's important to note however, that the apartments are spread around the historical centre and one should be prepared to walk, driving your car to the doorstep is not an option.

Lovely old town with beautiful churches and sweet old people around piazza. Very much a seniors town which is rather quaint. Wonderful old buildings in disrepair. Fabulous Saturday Farmers Market not to be missed. Great coffee and Gelato. Free parking available

No reliable WiFi except at one local pub. Restaurants only open late at night. Not really much to do once you see the main sights around town. The apartment was stunning but on three levels with stairs of varying heights, so was difficult to negotiate going upstairs. Must be agile I thought Sotto le cummerse was very over priced

Everything. It was very charming, very clean and well decorated.

Instructions to the hotel. My cab had a hard time finding. I arrived very late due to flights and train transfers and no one was there when I arrived. They did however return and checked me in to my room which I greatly appreciated. I would suggest letting them know your arrival time.

We loved everything. Lovely accommodation in the heart of beautiful Locorotondo. Very nicely appointed rooms and great value considering the quality, size and location. The staff where also extremely friendly and helpful... although this seems to be pretty much as standard in apulia. Also worth noting that free parking is available across the street from the reception, apart from on Fridays as it's the market square. The staff will then drive you to your appartment in a very nifty little electric car!

Nothing negative at all to say.

I love that you stay in an apartment right in town.

Unfortunately, the room shared a door with another room, which of course was locked, but the neighbors smoked cigars all day and all night. The smell permeated our room and since we have allergies, made us uncomfortable. This isn't Sotto le Cummerse's fault of course, but I guess I'd suggest that they make the doors better sealed!

Very nice for extended stay

We only stayed for one light so it was a lot of luggage lugging to reach the apartment in the historic center. Would not do it again for such a short stay but otherwise was very nice accommodation.

Localisation, parking facile

- Mauvaise signalisation de la réception - la personne qui nous a accueillis ne nous a pas donné la clé de la terrasse ni les possibilités offertes (vélos, repas etc.) - très grande cuisine assez inutile

Il personale è stato accogliente e molto disponibile. La struttura è pulita e confortevole. Inoltre il centro storico di Locorotondo (dove si trovano gli appartamenti di Sotto le Cummerse) è davvero incantevole (tra l'altro ho scoperto solo in loco che Locorotondo è fra I borghi più belli d'Italia!). Infine, Locorotondo è vicinissimo ad Alberobello, Fasano, Ostuni e tante altre incantevoli mete pugliesi.

La posizione al centro del paese

La mancanza di acqua calda e quindi l'impossibilità i usare la vasca idromassaggio, L impossibilita di vedere i canali televisivi , presenti solo canali rai e locali

Bella l'idea di vivere il centro storico nelle abitazioni tradizionali che fanno da cornice stupenda ad un paesaggio mozzafiato. Piccole unità ristrutturate e restituite al cittadino e disponibili per i turisti. Arredamento in atrte povera e affreschi sui muri che caratterizzano le singole unità.

In bassa stagione ci si aspetta un livello altissimo. Ho prenotato due stanze. L'una impeccabile, l'altra invece essendo senza finestre, aveva odore di muffa. Inoltre sempre lo stesso appartamento, aveva luci troppo soffuse e quasi inesistenti in bagno. Tv con decoder non fumzionante. Bagno che a mio avviso, in entrambe le strutture, pecca per mancanza di spazio e di utilizzo al meglio di doccia e quant'altro.

La situation et le confort

Que l'hôtel ne fournisse pas le petit-déjeuner et le besoin d'encore marcher pour arriver à son logement.

Il luogo , anche se sparso nel paese , in cui e' ubicato, nelle viuzze caratteristiche di questi luoghi

Hanno inserito nei servizi la connessione internet , il che'' non e' vero , non esiste una connessione internet , neanche con il filo , in nessuna camera , bisogna portarsi la chiavette e sperare di essere in una posizione buona .....

La chambre qui nous a été attribuée (et réservée 4 mois à l'avance !) n'avait pas de fenêtre. En fait c'était une cave borgne ! Le prix est nettement surfait comparé à d'autres établissements.

Belle prestation, appartement décoré avec raffinement, beaucoup de charme, au coeur du centre historique.

La pulizia perfetta della stanza con precisione e puntualità del personale addetto alle pulizie. La posizione nel centro storico. La grandezza delle stanze della camera.

Piccoli dettagli quali lo scovolino del bagno un po' fastidioso da usare ed il copri water da sistemare meglio (un po' traballante). La mia stanza era divisa da una porta dalla altra adiacente. Bisogna essere fortunati ad avere un "vicino" educato!

La location è incantevole e la cordialità dello staff ci ha lasciati piacevolmente soddisfatti.

Posizione tranquilla e suggestiva. Posto incantevole e nostalgico.

La familiarità di una sistemazione, immersa nella vita di un paese affascinante

L'eccesso di legno nell ' arredamento che si estende sino al bagno

è nel centro storico di Locorotondo, molto caratteristico e romantico
