Hotel Spadari Al Duomo  

The staff at Spadari were exceptionally helpful and catered to our every need without reluctance or hesitation. And the location was very very convenient. There Is no chance off staying anywhere else apart from Spadari when I return to Milan.

High-class small hotel in the middle of the city centre. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

Expensive.

Excellent staff with a can-do experience. Always had an "Yes" to any request. Awesome showers, spotless bathroom with sanitized toilets, plenty of towels, good-sized rooms, superb air-conditioning, and terrific location. Free water and soft drinks in mini-bar. No hidden charges. Free wifi that did not even require a password, access to computer with printer and a staff that that could cater to any request for reservations, taxis, etc. with a smile. Good breakfast selection with hot food choices. I have stayed in this hotel four times in the last 15 years and it is very consistent. Probably the most pleasant stay I have had of any hotel in the world for the price.

The hotel staff were professional and welcoming us on our arrival after our 27hour flight from Sydney. Our room was clean and comfortable and the situation is excellent being only a 5 minute walk from the Duomo. The breakfast included in the room price was fantastic and the whole atmosphere of the hotel and friendliness of the staff made our stay in Milan a memorable one. Would definately use this hotel again and recommend to friends and family.

The staff were so friendly & helpful, breakfast spread was good & it was literally 2 mins from the Piazza Duomo! Street that it is on is very safe.

The breakfast was absolutely great. A buffet with everything one could want and on top of that eggs freshly made to order plus any freshly squeezed juice you want and any kind of coffee you want. Bottled water, bisquits, fresh fruit as much as you want all day for free

They don't seem very ecologically minded. I don't mind keeping the same towels for a few days given the option. No "small flush" on the toilets etc.

Everything. Truly first class.

If anything, the hotel a little warm, but it was the end of December and very cold out. Not an unusual thing for hotels though. But this is a very little thing; great place.

I have stayed at the Spadari many times, and it is a constant. Nothing loud and glaring just very good, efficient service. Room service is good too and the food was very good. I will continue to use it.

It may be time for a refurb!

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in Italy. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is excellent and not forget the location is superb! Worth every single penny!

very good location (2 min walk from Duomo), friendly staff, good price/quality, free wifi - very good for short term stay, wud recommend and come here again. Cannot say anything bad about this hotel.

Bfast buffet is great, mini bar is complimentary, staff is very polite and helpful.

The room we were in was very noisy, doors banging, shower upper floor, ppl walking, voices.... I am not sure they all are like this but definitely the soundproofing of the walls was not great.
