Very helpful staff at front desk..... free wireless internet .... free soft drinks from mini-bar....great location..... fresh good sized bedrooms.... bedroom overlooking courtyard nice and quiet.....good breakfasts. (1) Not sufficient lighting in bedroom (not helped by dark colour wall finish ... absorbs light).... just an additional up-lamp (and small side-table) next to the sofa would provide a place to sit and read.....(2) No iron/ironing board.....(3) no coffee/tea making facilities in bedroom....(4) no info folder in room (eg .. needed to adjust the air-con... no instructions). (5) no bedside digital clock. |

Small, modern, beautifully appointed hotel with location to die for. Friendly, helpful staff make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. We stayed four nights and it was worth every penny. |

the location could not have been better, we could walk everywhere we wanted to visit. our roomwas at the back of the hotel so no view but for a city centre location was very quiet and the shower was state of the art. the staff were very helpful. as all hotels in city centres in italy it was v.expensive |

The service was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel welcome and made excellent suggestions for restaurants, etc. the location is unbelievable. Right inj the heart of Milan a step away from the main piazza. Breakfast was nice with delicious croissants. The only parking was 30 EURO/night valet parking which is outrageous! We actually parked our car on the street on both Saturday and Sunday nights and half day on saturday all through Monday 9 in the morning and didn't get any tickets and didn't havre to pay. |

We loved everything about the hotel. It was clean and charming with good sized rooms and bath. The staff was ourstanding and the breakfast in the morning was way more than coffee, juice and rolls. |

Very friendly, clean, central, in a lovely old part of milan. View from room poor but that is to be expected. Lifts a little old and were being fixed when we were there. |

I like the good breakfast in the morning.. and i liked the attecion of the recepcionist...especially Mateo, very nice guy The lift was broken for some hours.. that was terrible.. and u have just one lift.. u should have 2. |

Anticipated much more than I got. Hotel location superb ,staff pleasant but the absence of a welcome pack in the room disappointing,Essential for travellers needing to know certain things eg transport system etc..Nice touch the champagne on arrival but did not compensate for our generally mediocre experience.Management made aware of our concerns about damp smell in the bedroom and told me there wasnt any issue!We were however permitted to stay in room after check out time which was helpful and perhaps a gesture to us from the hotel. Breakfast room too small and cramped.Had to queue to get in to breakfast and makeshift tables set up in sitting area.Not good practice! Room at lift shaft not conducive to a good night's sleep never mind the street noise of trams and traffic! |
