Excellant Hotel and Staff.. Perfect Location Close to many sites a great hideaway .... Only complaint... The mattress on the bed Was very uncomfortable ... Need more directional Signs in the entrance way ...

Nice bathroom Refg in room didnt work. reported but not fixed. room very small. no view decor very strainge. old building in poor overall condition. lousy and dirty entry. staff tired very hard but facility overall needs a lot of updating. ceetainly not worth the rate charged.

Staff was extremly kind and helpfull. The location is perfect for touring the city. Room was comfy. The entrance lobby can be easily made a bit more pleasant, it stands in contrast to the establishment's design.

Decore was excellent and location was superb. Staff was very friendly and service was solid. Overal superior attention to detail. Small breakfast room but we never went anyway! Breakfast in bed.

Loved the service/people working there... Mossimo was wonderful; so helpful and very accommodating! Loved the decor....it used to be a palace, and while the entry way needs a little rennovating (which I think he said they are in the process of doing), the decor is wonderful!! Great aesthetics! The location was wonderful and close to many major attractions...would stay there again! Our only problem was that we were on the first floor, and it was pretty loud from street noise when the windows were open. But the windows are wonderfully insulated, because when closed, the noise was not much of a problem!

I appreciated the passion of the managers,Massimo is wonderful, an Fazon couldn't do enough to make our stay fabulous.We will make Spagnaroyalsuite the only hotel to stay in Rome incredible location for the price!

The welcome rrception was amazing and yhe very good thingthat the owner is taking a very good care of everything day by day, also the location is in the heart of the city centre shopping area and 1 min walking frm the spanish steps, the staff are very helpfull. The design of the rooms is superp and amazing. I would simply recomend this hotel with no doubt of its quality , services n location Only the entrance at the ground floor but it does not matter at all.

Hidden jewel! Dingy entrance and lift, then opulent luxury awaits. Fabulous design ideas. Staff very eager to please Difficult to locate (no sign). Cramped breakfast room. Still a work in progress.

beautiful small boutique hotel with a very european/italian style, excellent location for shopping and exploring the city, a block from Spanish Steps but tug away in a small quiet street. Staff is very helpful and friendly. there's only one very small elevator but that's common with old european cities.

Overall it was excellent and great service. This is the best one yet since I've travelled to Rome. Excellent staff very helpful and friendly compared to the other hotels in Rome. I recommend it to all of my friends. Thank you Spanga Royal Suite!! Nothing

the staff is friendly and nice, the room is stylish and clean. location is excellent. spanish steps and via del corso is just a couple of steps. trevi fountain within 10 min walking distance. pantheon, the same. price for value is perfect. i did not expect such a nice hotel when i booked. breakfast room is too small. there is no sign form the outside of the building so i could be a little tricky to find first time.
