Minor intrusion on first night was building work on scaffolding outside window but cannot fault the hotel for this.

Very helpful staff. Clean rooms. Right on the Piazza di Spagna. Our place in Rome!

We had a superior double room (302 a) with a view overlooking the Spanish steps. Room was clean and comfortable with a relaxing white design. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is perhaps the best in Rome as it's a walk away to all major attractions in the city center , plus the metro is just next to your doorstep which connects you 1 stop away from termini and the rest of Rome. Spagna Suites is next to to the luxurious shopping district with all the famous Italian designers. Try this hotel if you're looking for a stress free vacation in Rome.

The only inconvenience in our room ( 302 a) was the small shower cabin. If you're too big try another room they have standard bathrooms.

Location is perfect on Spanish steps near shopping area and all touristic attractions the rooms are very nice very clean you can find all you need i regret not booking spagna suite for my entire stay its a perfect boutique hotel with very nice staff perfect location and very good rooms the breakfast is served in the rooms based on a selection we made the night before it could be better but otherwise everything was perfect dont hesitate and book this hotel its the best boutique hotel in this area

1. Wifi internet connection failed quite often. 2. Bathroom/toilet very stylish, but very little space to put down your stuff from the bath bag/necessaire 3. Bath tub with special whirl-pool style jets didn't work. Only regular shower and bath tub. 4. Breakfast was served in the room but there was only little space / no real table to eat it (maybe depends on room size)

A shower cubicle is necessary in order to prevent from the "flood" of the bathroom!

this is a very nice small hotel, the rooms are moderna and quite big, so it comfotablr to stay, location is just the best and the proce is also adequate.

I was really amazed by hotel personnel, as al of tham were so nice and helpful, and my room was never cleaned so good, though i hav stayed in many hotels..

Great location, right in the piazza di spagna across from the steps and next to Dolce&Gabbana. Nice big TV and comfortable bed.

Poor wifi, just cannot be relied upon . Room was small and ergonomically horrible. Poor lighting in bathroom and square toilet, very uncomfortable. No Lobby. No dinning room for breakfast.

I loved my stay at Spagna suites. I booked a superior double room, which was of a good size, very clean and comfortable. It had a view over Rome's roofs which was both beautiful and romantic. The staff was always helpful and friendly, especially Venelina who really made me feel at home. The location is superb, it is right in the middle of Piazza di Spagna, but on a quiter side with no tourist crowds and noise. Spagna Suite is an excellent B&B and great value for money.

Great location steps from the Spanish Steps and great shopping. Comfy bed and amenities included shave cream and razor, toothbrush and toothpaste and intimate wash forb bidet. Near the Metro and walking distance to many other sites. The staff was also very friendly.

The breakfast wasn't very good. The cappuccino was barely warm and the pastries were stale. Also the walls were thin and I could here conversations out by reception and showers/alarms in other rooms.

*There was no water in the morning the 2 days I stayed at the hotel. And no electricity for a few hours. It wasn't in the hotels hands, but was very annoying. * Rooms are tiny.

Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful...location could not have been more perfect! Had a room with view of Piazza. Did not take advantage of breakfast...sleep too late!

There was no one to rub my feet after a long, full day of exploring the city...LOL!
