Hotel Condotti is a small and cozy boutique hotel, on a peaceful, typical street of Rome's historic center. It is just around the corner from the famous Spanish Steps.

Perfectly located at the Spanish Steps, surrounded by restaurants, shops, historic sites. Busy by day, quiet at night. Frederica at reception was awesome- she had museum tickets booked for me and restaurant recommendations in my hands before I even got into my room. I'll be back.
The room was excellent, we were a couple with a kid. The placement of the suites is near to everything, via del corso , pantheon , Fontana di tevi and the metro station and of course "on" piazza di spagna. The room was extra clean, warm, and quite, wifi all the time and the breakfast was served at the time you will choose in your room. Our room had a double bed and an extra single, and there was extra space available. The personnel very polite and friendly, and available 24 hours. We'll choose it next time for sure.
the hotel location was perfect, the rooms are very clean, bed is very comfortableamd clean. Thanks to sound proof walls, rooms are quiet and the staff is very helpfull and kind 24/7 . The hotel umbrellas and the slippers and the toothbrush is thoughtfull.. The only problem ws the room and the bathtoom was smaller than we expected and there was no closet. The shower didnt have a shower handle, onlu from up,this is hard for women who dont want to wash their hair everday..
small rooms and bathroom,shower..
shower in the room
Good location, room & bed & services were excellent. Good choice for my next stay. Expected.
Very well located. The front desk staff are very will informed, pleasant and most helpful. I liked the big room and bathroom.
Very limited breakfast choices. Housekeeping staff need to be retrained (a strand of red hair was under my soap dish from the time i arrived until i left) and they did not replenish bathroom amenities (I had to ask for another bar of soap). Trash can in the bedroom was not emptied, was there 3 nights.
At the begining, the impression of the room is too small and have litle space to place your cloth
We reserved our room ten months ahead and did not have a room with a view.
We were close to the subway, restaurants and shopping.
The room was dark.
location was perfect!
rooms a bit small
Service and personal attention from the staff was excellent. Our comfort and satisfaction was important to them. Nicely located near the Spanish Steps, restaurants, shops and access to transportation. Quiet at night, air conditioning worked great.
Limited evening entertainment in that location.
Location and staff.
The shower in the bathroom. The water is so slow and weak. Need to look into it.
Best location, friendly staff, Clean facilities and pleasant environment. Overall outstanding place.
Breakfast could've been a better. Could get loud at night as the hotel faces cloudy Spanish steps, but it didn't really bothered us.
I liked the location. The staff at front desk were helpful to me. The room was clean, bright and cosy. Everything I needed and a little balcony. Breakfast was very nice and worth the price prompt service and lovely lady who did room service. I would definitely stay again here.
We loved where you are located. Getting around was easy. Food was everywhere, and looking at the Spanish Steps daily was great. All the staff we met were very professional and friendly. The morning breakfast was lovely.
By American standards the room was tight. The lighting was poor and we had time finding things. The shower needed a good scrubbing.
Location is the great differential of the Piazza di Spagna Suites, beside the crew that give us great restaurants tips and assistances.
In the room 306A the air conditioning was not working properly and we have to sleep with a fan and the bathroom emitted a bad smell at night.
This little hotel, in a commercial building, is an ideal place to visit Rome. Across from the Spanish Steps it is within walking distance of almost every major site and many restaurants. They now offer a continental breakfast in your room to get you on the go for your touring.
Our room came with a Jacuzzi tub/shower, recessed into the floor. Stepping down, about 18 inches, into a slippery wet tub with no hand holds was difficult and dangerous.
Staff very nice Nice location
Small rooms Bad entry Break fast not good
The hotel is in an excellent location: one minute to Metro Spagna, right on Spanish Steps, in the heart of the best shopping, and within walking distance to the key piazzas and sights that a visitor would want to see, The rooms are a fair size, they have been decorated with Italian flair, flat screen mounted TV, super modern bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. My room even had a view over Piazza di Spagna,,,,including the Spanish Steps! Mariano and the team were excellent, and nothing was ever a problem. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Rome.
I've tried to find a fault...I can't! I spent 3 nights here and had absolutely no issues arise
They need to work in their breakfast and they will be the Best ! They need to add hot dishes like omelet and hot dog .. And to change the coffee as well
Amazing staff and location
Strange bathroom layout
the size of yje room was goo, location of the hotel was great, service was exelant
This hotel was the best! Even though it's a small hotel, the staff the service and the food was amazing! There was a different receptionist every time but they were all so kind and willing to help every time!!!! Overall the place was amazing and all the workers were just as amazing!!!
The location is as good as it gets
Our room had a very weak AC and is badly designed so it felt very tight for two people, the staff said they were aware of the AC problem in that room which is why they put a fan there. I believe it's room 604B, make sure you are not given that room should you decide to stay here. Access to the hotel is through a building and you need to be let in by staff, we got stuck outside the bldg twice during our 3 night stay, once at midnight for 10 minutes and a second time for more than half an hour at 8PM! Either way, it's not the best experience when you want to get to your room...
Staff were incredible, welcomed us with bottle of sparking as we were on our honeymoon. A sweet touch. Very helpful with any questions we had. Room neat and modern.
Room quite small and shower pressure low. But it's very clean and comfortable.
