It's near St. Lucia Train Station. Makes it easy to settle after a long train.
- Too old furniture. - A couple of staff were not friendly. - I could get a much better hotel with the money paid. - I only recommend this for solo travellers. - No mini bar. Get your own spare bottle of water.
No lift facility if you are travelling with heavy luggage u will be in trouble. However that was paid because u can use porter and friendly and helpful staff of hotel spagna.
5 mins walk to train station
Clean, quiet in spite of very central location, next to Train station and Piazzale Roma
no elevator very poor breakffast
thee staff were really friendly and helpful. The coffee at breakfast was excellent and the location was great.
Room was very small. Lots of stairs
location room staff
no lift but it was compensated by bell boy taking bags up to room
Carrying luggage up large number of steps No coffe or tea facility Breakfast is very limited
Location was good for ease of getting to and from rail station
Shower was very small and my sister and I are nor big people...luckily! Breakfast was very average.. it was continental but, which is usually fine, however there were no healthy options and really was just - lacking
The location to access both Venice and transport to the mainland. Better than I thought it would be considering it's position. Good soundproofing from street bustle outisde and quiet effective air conditioning
Breakfast - we decided to go out for breakfast after the first morning Dated decor
The situation is good, near the trains station.
The walls and floor are covered with carpet.
Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom.
Wireless signal absent in the room. Poor sound isolation, during the night you can hear everything that happens on the adjacent street. We stayed at room 101.
Close to train station, decent room size.
Breakfast, shower (smallest I ever encountered, around 70x70 cm). Once I put out the "Do Not Disturb" sign and was awakened soon by a phone call. It was the reception telling me that they can't clean my room because of the "Do Not Disturb" sign... Kind of defeats the purpose, doesn't it...?
excellent location... "value for money" hotel
The hotel is surround of good restaurants and public transportation. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they will do everything as possible to make your day easy!
Great location very close to Santa Lucia station. Helpful friendly staff. Moderately good breakfast.
No fridge or mini-bar in the rooms. No lift.
Breakfast provided by the hotel was substandard. Very poor breakfast.
the shower room is just fitted for a standard body, if you have a waist over 36, try to find other hotel.
the boss is very kind, gave me a lower floor room after seeing my heavy luggage, so kind you are! thanks!and you are very humorous.Really have nice talk with you, if back to Venice, surly will chose this hotel again!
Nothing exiting about it..it does the job nicely and it's reasonably priced near the train station too, Then you can go anywhere with the water bus just around the corner..was good enough for me,
We'll....it's a three story builng without an elevator, I didn't mind but some people may have a problem getting to the third floor by stairs.
Close to transport links. Bus and train station were only a short walk away.
Rooms were very small.
Location (it's not far from train station), helpful staff and good breakfast.
No elevators (difficult if you have big group with many luggages)
Very close to the car park lot and main Ferry stop (Ferrovia). Staff were very helpful and friendly. Wished i could stay longer. Well done
No lift, otherwise all was excellent.
Perfect location cloše to railwayy station.
Hard to get in during nights. Doors closed and feels stupid to wake up staff to get in.
10-15 minutes walk from S.L station. Very easy to find. Very close to the vaporetto stations (the number 1 line). Location does not include any canal crossing (which can be quite annoying if you are having heavy luggage) Staff very friendly and suggested good places to go (with a very helpful map of Venice). Breakfast, Bathroom and Bed were ok. Suggest to get vaporetto tickets for ease of access to the St Marks Square (It's a slow method but saves you from a lot of walking). Very nice restaurants around the area with great ambiance.
No lift (not helpful when your room is on higher floors). Even the reception is on the 1st floor.
