Excellent central location overlooking the river. Clean, smart, spacious apartment with comfortable beds in a very attractive building. The apartment is on a very busy, noisy road. This did not detract from our stay, the double glazing was effective in keeping this noise down and we liked watching the crazy traffic and feeling part of the city. Minor inconveniences which we have mentioned to the agency such as lack of dishwasher tablets and only one spare blanket for two beds. No sharp knives. One tv didn't work. It didn't spoil our stay and we would stay again without hesitation but prevents this being classed as a 5 star experience.

Warm and cozy for a winter holiday. Ability to save money with self- catering. We managed to walk to all of the attractions we wanted. A little dark in the kitchen while cooking. Previous guests left dirty table cloths folded in cupboard.

We are American family living in Switzerland who wished to visit Roma for a few days before Christmas (without wanting to book multiple hotel rooms). The flat was wonderful and we highly recommend it!!! It has a fantastic location (20-30 minute walk to everything worth seeing). It is spacious - there was enough room for six people - me, my spouse, two young children, and my elderly in-laws. It was clean and modern (the wifi worked perfectly as did the Sky TV, which also broadcasts some content in English). As noted by others it is close (2-minute walk) to a nice sundry/grocery store. It carries everything that is needed - fresh food, drinks, bread, etc. Most important the staff are excellent. After booking I was contacted in advance to arrange a meeting time, and even though we were late things ran smoothly (my apologies again for being so late!). The doorman to the building is extremely courteous, as well. The only thing that could be improved is adding a shower liner to the bathroom tub (so as to prevent water from spilling on the floor during said showers) and a good, thorough cleaning of the tiles around the tub with bleach and a hard wire brush.

We liked the location. The size of the apartments were ok although the rooms were a bit small. The apartments (we rented two) did not have the slightest sense od accommodation! The beds did not have a duvet cover! The bed-covers for the double beds were just simple satin type covers from ikea, brown color so the dirt does not show and of course they were never washed. On the single beds they had feather and down duvets without a duvet cover on top!! They didn't provide a mattress pad and pillow covers, so the pillows were yellow from previous tenants' saliva! No cover in anything!! Completely non hygienic! The extra pillows inside the closets didn't have a pillowcase just in case you needed to use them. When I asked for some she said we are sorry we don't have any now, we'll bring you some tomorrow! We stayed 3 nights and not once they came to change sheets or towels! The first time we used the bath towels, we hang them behind the bathroom door and next day we found them on the floor. They fell down, I would not use them again because the apartment was dirty from day one! So for the rest of the trip We were using our 2 face towels for everything! Can you imagine, we were on holidays! All the tops of the bathroom bins were broken and on the top from the inside of our bathroom bin, an old dirty safety pad was stuck from a previous customer, being so disgusting just to see it every morning... They didn't provide with extra toilet paper! No kitchen towel, no kitchen paper towel or something! The dvd player in our kids apartment was broken, they knew about it but didn't do anything!! They didn't have a place to leave your luggage and wanted all the money cash up front. Why??? Probably, so they will not pay tax to the Italian Government!! I would not recommend these apartments to anybody, unless some things change! Don't stay there!

Location was near many things we wanted to see. Short walk to Trevi Fountain, 20 minute walk to Vatican, and within blocks of Supermarket. Beautiful building, lots of space for the 4 of us. Excellent Wi-Fi Code system for key very handy Didn't have needed supplies. Out of dishwashing soap, had to purchase. Didn't have enough tp (they say in booklet this is as they plan, but the price paid should include all the tp you want!) Just enough dishes, had to wash every time we used them. Dresser in 2nd bedroom fell off the wall, we supported with 2 chairs, we reported first night there, left 4 days later and still not fixed.

Location of apartment is excellent. 20 mins walk to Vatican city and same to the Roman forum, 5 mins to Spanish steps. The Apartment is well equipped for a stay , close to shopping & restaurants and a stroll along the river. (Mind those birds though as you walk under the trees !!) We were there at the end of October so we did not use the air con but it is there for those hotter days. Being so central we never had to use public transport. It was great to be able to take a pop back to the apartment without having to travel far for a breather & that cup of tea , coffee or glass of wine. Can be a bit noisy as beside a busy road if you like to have the window open but this is so minor as the location more than compensates.

Location is great.near to everywhere. But not near to metro station There is no 24 hour ready staff. Room was not clean. There was a rare hot water. And the apartment was not the same apartment in the booking.com pics. We requested to change the apartment but they rejected. When we came back to apartment we could not find the correct door we called the staff but she was unreachable. We waited 1 hour outside. That was frightenning. The apartment did not have a view. We needed to close the curtain all the time. The bed was too small for two. An the floor was cold. But it was 160 euros for 1day.

Excellent location, spacious and comfortable. For self catering, the apartment was very well equiped with everything needed. Apartment is right at Ponte Cavour (good) but windows need to be kept closed at peak hours to keep out the noise and fumes

The location was brilliant. 30 minute walk to the Colosseum, Palatine HIll, Roman Forum and 20 minute walk to Vatican City. Restaurants, grocery store, shopping all in the neighborhood. The walls in the apartment were very dirty. The dishes in the cabinets were also left dirty. The sofa bed in the living room had a very meagre mattress.
