Score from 59 reviews Very good
Helpful staff. The refrigerator was not working when we reached there, but was changed the next day. The place is centrally located and one can walk down to all major places of interest.
There is very poor mobile phone connectivity in the place. Also among the 02 rooms, air-conditioner is provided only in one although it does have 02 double beds in it.
Very close to the coliseum and Termini train station, Nice croissants for breakfast, Nice and helpful staff, Freedom of having keys, Private bathroom, Feel secure in the area
The staff cannot speak English, which is difficult to communicate. They charged in my credit card the full amount 10 days before the arrival (not Booking policy). I paid in cash, and they never acredited the money in my credit card, so I paid double. I'm still claiming. Aun sigo reclamando.
didnt change towels. basic amenities were not supplied: i.e. shower gel, kettle to boil water. the staff does not have basic understanding in hospitality
Easy access from the train station. Close to the Colessium.
Was advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment but was one bedroom with a loft. Fridge did not work properly. Kitchen only had few items.
Close to transport, walking distance to sites
Mouldy bathroom, shower didn't work correctly, dark room, kettle but no cups, breakfast was on a tray on a serviette, plastic cutlery/cups. These things could have been fixed with a little effort and improved our stay.
near the metro
It's hard to spotted at first. The staff (Bangladeshi) is not very helpful.
The breakfast is actually not bad and the staff is quite friendly
The wifi always goes on and off There is a platform outside the window of the room which makes me worried about safety
location is good. quite place. bed are comfortable.cozy kitchen. bathroom clean and fresh towels. staff are very friendly. breakfast simple but fresh and delicious. wifi works perfect.
Great Location, only 5 minutes walk from Coloseum.
We had breakfast included however you can not call room service a breakfast when on the plastic tray you have got 1 croissant few slices of dry bread and 2 plastic cups, one with juice second with a cappuccino which was size of an espresso. It looked and tasted very poor! They should not call something like that breakfast. the other thing which is that you should have toiletries in the bathroom, well....you will not find it! And the bathroom was dirty, stains on the mirror and lots of hair in the shower! In the bedroom you have coffee tray- but on it only kettle and few tea bags, not even cups sugar etc.... The only positive thing is the location. Make sure you did let them know about time of arriving, because there is no reception, someone will just drop the key (it is flat with rooms) other way you will have to wait outside until someone will come to see you.
It has a very good location.
The internet wasn't working although we specifically asked for it before our arrival and although every single day of our stay we asked for that to be fixed. We needed to participate on an online meeting but they've ignored our request. It's a big minus only for the reason that they knew the importance of internet acces before our check in.
design of the room
The guy was late on our arrival
Nice stay in this appartment. Located in the city centre, 10 min walks from the Coliseum. Nice district with lot of bars and restaurant. Nice staff.
Wifi pretty bad
fridge didnt work. lot of noise during the night. dust everywhere. one time during the night someone just get into our apartament. I had to reboot router to make wifi work everyday. I do not RECOMMEND at all.
I was shocked at how cheap the room was and didn't expect it to be so nice. It's so close to the colloseum by foot and almost across the street from a metro station and several buss stops! I recommend it to all travelers looking for something great but on budget.
There is no sign to indicate the location that s why it's important to search for building number instead. It also took them about 15 min to open the door. If it where raining we would be in trouble as there is no shade. Once you're in however you get your own set of entrance keys!
It starts that there is no name on the building that shows this 'hotel'. After a (international) call, we have to wait for almost 1 hr (in the rain) until sombody arrived to open the door. We had bioked for 2 nights, arround 23:00 the owner send a text message that the hotel was overbooked and that we have to move to a other hotel the next day, this other hotel was at the border of Rome!! I replyed the same evening that l didnt agree with this. The next morning, while we eat breakfast (3 slices of vread, 1 yoghurt, 1 sweet bread with chocolate and a plasic cup with orange juice, what was deliverd on the room) they say again we have to move. I text the owner again, what result in a visit of the waiter, who offer the other (far away) hotel or restitude the money. I told him we wants our money back instead of give my bankaccount and will search other hotel. Its was ok, he said, but would take 1 hr, becourse the owner needs to come with the money. After 1,5 hr. I start calling the owner, he said he needs to get the money and come to give it me. When he arrived, he didnt have the money and asked again for my bankaccount. I refused it, need the money for the other hotel, he left to go get the money, but returned after 2 min. He had found suddenly the money. Conclusion: l never would go back to this hotel again !
Near to the train station and Colosseum. The metro station and supermarket were both very close. Ali was helpful, thank you.
Great staff, and location
We booked two rooms; one is good as shown in website but another one is very old room.
Location was good and it was cheap for rome.
However, we found the one member of staff we interacted with to be unfriendly, rather unhelpful and quite awkward to deal with as there was quite a big language barrier. It became a bit uncomfortable. Our room was extremely small for two people - its the cheapest room so as two young students we didnt mind but beware that the double with external bathroom is tiiiiiny and so is the bathroom! Also the breakfast was not good at all.
The bed was nice. Also the room looked nice once the door was closed to the rest of the place.
The shower was broken, you got woken up to get breakfast in your room and the staff was rarely on time. They double charged my card and was a super hassle to get my money. The cab that was partnered with Spartaco was a scary ride to the airport.
Location was good
The place was hard to find as there were no panels indicating the name of the hotel !! Room with no air-condition !! Just a small fan ! Wifi didn't work !! No elevator ! No reception - just 2 guys "Ali" and "Filippo". You need to call them (if you have their numbers) to get what you want Breakfast was poor Hotel stink badly !!
The location is great and the apartment is charming. there is also a small kitchen where you can prepare simple meals
not good for family with kids. maybe nice to go with friends
Dirty floors, dirty bedding, dishonest owners
We enjoyed our stay. Nice room, good service.
Very cheap. Good location.
Small room and bathroom (but cheap ...)
