Beautiful countryside and beaches, with friedly staff. The food was quite nice too.

The pool had very coold water so the kids couldn´t go in. There where no facilities for kids to play. The hotel is in the middle of no where and if you don´t hire the car than you are in trouble. The people can´t speak any other language not even in the restavrant. Also the Sardinia is very expensive.

A very well run hotel. Staff very professional and friendly. The pool and garden area is very attractive and everywhere spotlessly kept. Terrific value. Dinner in restaurant was good and their wines on offer we're very fairly priced.

If i had to be a bit picky,the breakfast was good but lacked variety, especially for those staying for a week. Also the restaurant for dinner, with a little bit of imagination could be made more inviting. This might encourage people to eat there and buy some good wine with dinner. People on holidays like to linger over their dinner and not be fed and watered in an hour!! The area of Murta Maria is not v exciting, very little to recommend it really

Breakfasts were quite full, little choice of the food served, everyday we had the same sort of food and the quality of it wasn't that great.

I liked the hotel and staff very much. Nice and clean and friendly. The hotel design has been well thought out and is quite classy & sophisticated for a hotel of this price range. The pool and garden area are superb and the restaurant is excellent.

Very little to do in Murta Maria and a very long walk to beaches at Porta Stannis or Porta San Paulo. Unless you are happy to spend every day in the hotel and pool area, you need to hire a car. Forget public transport.

The staff was not smiling or helpful. The breakfirst was disgusting (the coffee was a instant coffee !) !!!! And there is no parking at all, we have to park our car in the road border already full of cars while we were in low season.

We had a really nice room with a great balcony and the atmosphere in the hotel is very relaxed. The staff are very friendly. We would this hotel to everyone.

The only road from Olbia to this town was blocked since last August, so we have to drive 1 hour more to get there. And we didn't receive any reminder from hotel, this is not professional. Wifi is a little bit slow, breakfast should have warm dishes. This is a place only reachable by own car.

Despite the wedding taking place at the hotel during our stay, the staff and the management have done everything possible to make the other guests feel comfortable.

It was difficult to find the hotel as there was a coastal road reconstruction and significant detour. It would have been more convenient, if the hotel communicated this by email prior to our arrival.

Facilities were excellent, very clean and the hotel was obviously a good hotel. The Saturday and Sunday we first arrived there were 2 weddings, which caused a little disruption, but not enough to cause any problems. Receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful.

Restaurant was a little formal for my liking, whether that was because of the large wedding parties taking place, I do not know. One waitress in particular was a little austere and unfriendly because she made no effort to communicate, whereas others did. Not as friendly an atmosphere as other accommodations we stayed in around Sardinia.

Very friendly staff. Lovely pool and gardens. Room was large and clean - nice bathroom. Very relaxed feel. Excellent breakfast choice - can fill up for the day. Fairly close to Olbia airport - just note that roadworks at present (mid-Sept 2012) mean you have to follow yellow diversion signs to MurtaMaria, rather than follow anything you may have got from GoogleMaps. Great to have cafe at hotel as well - lovelt to sit out and have a drink or a snack. Great restaurant just up the road called the Pergola - amazing food at really cheap prices.

Very nice and helpful staff, good location, excellent breakfast (compared to other continental breakfasts) although the variation of bread (and I don´t mean pastries...) could be better. Splendid view from the balcony. Nice restaurant with varied menus.

The basketwork furniture on the balcony was in a bad state – I wouldn´t dare to put a bottle on that table...
