There is a convenient depot for mountain bikes and windsurf equipment. During your stay at the Spiaggia Residence you have free access to the facilities at a partner hotel, just 220 yards away. You can relax at their swimming pool, enjoy a drink at the bar, and dine at the restaurant with a beautiful lake view. Please note that the residence is only available for long stays. Appartement zeer dichtbij een mooi stadspark aan het water. Het is degelijk met de basisuitrusting die je mag verwachten. De keukenuitrusting is niet erg uitgebreid. Een waterkoker was handig geweest.

Ideale en rustige ligging (1e week van oktober) op 50m van het strand, parking afgesloten van 22u30 tot 6u ( met mogelijkheid om deze zelf te openen met sleutel)

sehr nah am See, nicht allzu weit ins Ortszentrum, sehr günstig, Supermarkt sehr nah die Pritschen im Schlafzimmer sind wirklich nur was für Kinder!

Lage zum See, geräumiges Wohn-Esszimmer, ruhige Lage, Parkplätze am Haus Küche dürftig ausgestattet, Böden und Einrichtung sind verwohnt, keine eigene Rezeption vorhanden (ca. 200 m bis zum Hotel Mirage), beide Schlafräume sehr klein und nur ein Kleiderschrank für alle vorhanden

In unmittelbarer Nähe zum See und zum Supermarkt gelegen, wenige Gehminuten ins Zentrum. Abschließbare Bike-Box, Schlüssel gegen Kaution 5,-EUR. Einfach eingerichtetes, sauberes Zimmer. Anmeldung und Auschecken im Hotel ca. 300m weiter. Preis-Leistung und für Familien in Ordnung. Gebuchtes Doppelzimmer bestand aus zwei hintereinander aufgestellten Einzelbetten, fürs Zusammenstellen ist der kleine Raum deutlich zu eng. Sehr(!) hellhöriges Gebäude. Kein Wasserkocher. Abends akute Parkplatznot - die Hotelgäste behelfen sich, indem sie in den Hof hineinfahren und ihn damit versperren. Die Hälfte der Zimmer hat den Balkon direkt zum Innenhof = Parkplatz.

Die Nähe zum See ist gut. Mitarbeiter im Partnerhotel Mirage sind sehr freundlich und kompetent. Nicht so in der Ferienwohnanlage selbst. Keine Information über Parkplätze oder Veranstaltungen in der näheren Umgebung.

Mainio sijainti, rantaan 100 metriä kävelytietä, kauppa ja lähimmät ravintolat 50 metriä. Parkkipaikka pihassa. Erinomainen hinta/laatusuhde. Erittäin yksinkertainen keittiö, ei mikroa, ei kahvinkeitintä...

Es wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass pro Appartement nur ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht. Das gestaltet sich schwierig, wenn man in einer Gruppe unterwegs ist und teure Sportgeräte im Auto hat.

Die Lage ist super, ca. 2 min bis zum See. Super Preis. zu dünne Wände, mann hört alles, was in den Nachbarnzimmer passiert. Das Schlafzimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten ist so klein, dass die Betten neben einander nicht passen.

Rannalle lyhyt matka nauttimaan Gardan upeista iltanäkymistä. Privaatti sijainti. Makuuhuoneeseen pyrki joka yö ulkoseinän lattianraosta kymmennittäin lentäviä muurahaisia! Tiedot täydellisestä apartment-varustuksesta puutteelliset. Paistinpannua ei ollut, ei myöskään 5 litraa pienempää kattilaa.

Die Lage zur Stadt und zum See ist besonders hervorzuheben. Die Apartments sind sehr hellhörig. Die Parkplätze reichen bei Vollbelegung nicht aus.

Die Appartements sind sehr nahe am See gelegen. Auch das Zentrum von Riva ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Ordnung. Ziemlich hellhöriges Gebäude (WC-Spühlung anderer Gäste usw.). Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
