Bici depo, good location, very kind staff, enough space in appartement; bigger cups for coffee;-), some more pots (smaller) for coffee or tea; Generaly, there was nothing we didn't like. |

Apartment quite basic but adequate. Sofa bed in lounge good size and comfortable. Private parking good. Clean Could be more homely. could have done with washing up liquid. |

Our stay was very good; we got what we expected. At the Residence there was no staff, but we didin't need them. Staff at the Mirage were really nice and efficent and it worked perfect. We enjoyed our breakfests at the Mirage. Also we liked the location of the Residence. Parking space was also good. Of course it is a bit outdated; the rooms ask for renovation. But it was not important for us. |

Nothing stood out about the hotel, but most of the staff spoke english which was helpful the TV was too small, and stuck up in a corner of te ceiling. the satellite tv was in fact 8 italian channels, and CNN news. one of the cooker hob rings didn't work. |

Strandnähe, Lebensmittelgeschäft gleich in der Nähe, Kochgelegenheit und Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, Bad war relativ neu und bis auf die Ameisen auch sehr sauber. Rolläden haben nicht funktioniert, so dass man den Raum nicht abdunkeln konnte. Ameisen im Bad. Geschirr und Schränke/Schubladen nicht sauber. Anmeldung nur im Hotel Mirage, dessen Lage besser beschrieben und deutlich ausgehängt werden sollte. |

Nähe zum See (50m), die Größe der Wohnung, die zentrale Lage im Ort (Riva del Garda), ein Balkon mit tropischen Pflanzen davor. Balkon reicht gerade so für 3 Personen, bei einem 5-Personen-Appartment ist das doch recht klein. Der Balkon war außerdem direkt vor dem Eingang zum Appartment-Haus. |

Buona posizione, tra lago e montagne. Pulizia delle camere e del bagno. Parcheggio. La cucina non è ben attrezzata (mancavano alcune stoviglie, spugna, detersivo..che di solito negli appartamenti si trovano!!) e le stoviglie erano sporche. Manca il phon. |

ok per amici e gruppi. presenza di ospiti alquanto molesti che in un residence sono un'incognita. Forse meglio come soggiorno estivo piuttosto che invernale.cucina non molto attrezzata. |

Très bien situé. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. La cuisine n'est pas bien équipé. Nous sommes restés 3 jours du coup acceptable pour nous. Mais pas pour une famille qui reste une semaine ou +. |
