Die Lage ist Super 150 m vom Wasser, das Appartment war ok fuer das Preisleistungeverhaeltnis. Einfach aber sauber. Im ersten Instanz einen Schimmileige Bude erhalten, nach meine Beschwerde verlangte man Aufpreis fuer ein sauberes Appartment weil ich doch ueber Booking com so guenstig gebucht habe. Das Personal an der Rezeption war frech und nahm sich nicht die Muehe sich meine Beschwerden auch mal anzuschauen. Nach Intervention von Booking com und einsicht beim Manager das man trotz guenstigen Preis auch etwas sauberes und schimmel/Geruch frei erwarten darf, hat man uns dan ein neues Appartment zur Verfuegung gestellt ohne Aufpreis. Grosses an Booking com !!!!!

La pulizia, la vicinanza al lago e al centro del paese, la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale, la funzionalità dell'appartamento. Tutto coerente al posto, Riva del Garda, curato in ogni suo particolare. E il rapporto qualità - prezzo assolutamente ottimo

Rannalle lyhyt matka nauttimaan Gardan upeista iltanäkymistä. Privaatti sijainti. Makuuhuoneeseen pyrki joka yö ulkoseinän lattianraosta kymmennittäin lentäviä muurahaisia! Tiedot täydellisestä apartment-varustuksesta puutteelliset. Paistinpannua ei ollut, ei myöskään 5 litraa pienempää kattilaa.

Die Lage zur Stadt und zum See ist besonders hervorzuheben. Die Apartments sind sehr hellhörig. Die Parkplätze reichen bei Vollbelegung nicht aus.

Die Appartements sind sehr nahe am See gelegen. Auch das Zentrum von Riva ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Ordnung. Ziemlich hellhöriges Gebäude (WC-Spühlung anderer Gäste usw.). Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Absolut unkomplizierte Abläufe.parking.Lage. Die zahlungsmodalitäten könnten eindeutiger und überesichtlicher geschildert werden,kreditkarte ,anzahlung,wer ist verantwortlicher Geschäftspartner.

понравилась прежде всего цена. до центра города Riva del Garda 1 км. приятной прогулки. также близко находится другой город, торболе. рядом с отелем много ресторанчиков, магазины coop и spar. озеро близко. очень красивое место: пальмы, кипарисы, оливковые и цитрусовые деревья, очень много цветов. и все это на фоне альп. не предупреждают на сайте, что для регистрации надо идти в другую гостиницу- мираж. сначало проезжаешь на машине эту гостиницу /мираж/, а потом надо идти назад на стойку регистрации в эту же гостиницу и потом опять обратно в Spiaggia. но это не главное. совершенно тонкие стены и, в прямом смысле, все слышно!!!! если кто-то храпит за стеной, готовте беруши. нет элект. чайника. место для парковки машин очень маленькое.

Die Lage ist super, ca. 2 min bis zum See. Super Preis. zu dünne Wände, mann hört alles, was in den Nachbarnzimmer passiert. Das Schlafzimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten ist so klein, dass die Betten neben einander nicht passen.

Appartement zeer dichtbij een mooi stadspark aan het water. Het is degelijk met de basisuitrusting die je mag verwachten. De keukenuitrusting is niet erg uitgebreid. Een waterkoker was handig geweest.

sehr nah am See, nicht allzu weit ins Ortszentrum, sehr günstig, Supermarkt sehr nah die Pritschen im Schlafzimmer sind wirklich nur was für Kinder!
