Score from 56 reviews Very good
The Spa was great, although kids were not allowed after 5 PM. Bar area and breakfast was good. For me the selection of grappa was a pleasure to dig into :)
Quite costly, but that we knew.
The food was ordinary
The food are verry, verry good. The personal of the restaurant are verry helpful and verry nice. The room are verry clean. The location.
The room was too small. You must put the price of the garrage on the site.
Perfect location and the view from the room. Great bathroom. Large and quiet room. Special thanks to Angelo (the maitre d 'of the restaurant)
the best and most friendly : waiters , bar staff , cleaners and reception staff I have ever experienced anywhere in the World . Absolutely outstanding ! Superb Spa !!
staff not very nice to young couple with toddler
Great location, with balconies overlooking a lake and mountain views. Short walk across a park to the town. Great breakfast with everything you could wish for. Small but fun pool. Attentive staff. Parking.
Restaurant food was good but expensive and very small portions! Bathroom tiny....kept banging my elbow on the toilet roll holder! Fridge in room not very cold...better to leave drinks on the balcony!q
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was very good. The rate we paid was very good considering it was the middle of August. The hotel is conveniently situated right next to the Spinale Cable Station
The directions to get to the hotel were lacking. It is a difficult place to find given that the main streets are closed to traffic. Only when we explained to a local shop assistant that we needed to get there "by car" did they explain that we needed to go back out of town and go through the tunnel to the other side of the lake. I see on some travel advisories this is a common problem.
Luxurious high-class hotel, excellent service, lovely reception manager, good breakfast, great dinner begins with a salad bar and a four-course dinner and ends with a dessert bar The hotel is equipped with a great pool and spa. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, well-equipped bathrooms, very comfortable beds The hotel is located right in the center of town but is surrounded by spectacular view
It is a very nice hotel with a good location. The restaurant staff were lovely and breakfast was good.
We were travelling as English speakers with children ages 8 and 10, and this wasn't the right hotel for us. I had booked the hotel because of the pool and hoped the hotel would be able to help us plan excursions. The pool was only open to children for a few hours in the middle of the day. I understand why this is, but our children were out walking with us during the day and we were looking forward to using the pool in the evening. When I asked for advice on walks or bike rental, the desk staff were very brusque and directed me to the tourist office in town. As we did not use the pool, and the staff were not helpful in planning outings, I felt very very foolish when I paid the bill. We could have stayed in a room just as nice for a lot less money; we did not benefit from the extras associated with this hotel.
Location of hotel was good, very near to city centre. Room was clean and breakfast good.
The staff were not helpful and very unfriendly. After paying for a suite they made us pay 10 euros a day for the parking and we were only informed when leaving.
The location is excellent, very near the pedestrian main road, the spinale cabins and the stop of all the local buses. the hotel is very nice and the personnel very attentive. The swimming pool and Turkish bath are a treat after a day walking. The bedroom has fine furnishing in light wood, a comfortable large bed, a big balcony. the hotel provided a discount for buying the Dolomeet card, which is excellent value, including thetelecabins, public transport and organised excursions to natural and cultural sites in the region.
our room was too cold and humid, windows showed condensation in the morning. The choice of cold cuts at breakfast was not best quality and always the same, better options such as ham and speak were for an additional fee. Eating in the restaurant a la carte was not good value, with very small portions for the main course. WiFi was not available in our bedroom at the corner of the fourth floor.
Vegetables in brekfast
Small ski room
Perfect location, great SPA, professional staff
Poor breakfast, if you like ham, speck, fresh orange juice, fresh cheese, you have to pay! Poor Wi fi in my room, old moquette in the rooms.
Ski in ski out Friendly Staff Good breakfast Night entertainment
Ski room very crowed
Superior location! Great service attitude showed by all staff at the hotel.
Slow wifi during peak hours.
Not enough facilities beside skiing
Location is very convenient
Breakfast is the same for 7 days , rooms are heated properly on by request and argumentation to the reception desk.
Hotel location, proximity to ski lifts
One shower and toilet for the whole area wellness. Breakfast was poorer than I would expect at these prices - extra for things that are standard in other 4 stars hotels (fried eggs, etc.), no vegetable... Spa was full of screaming Russian children. The room was not heating, so there was nowhere to dry ski wear. Cleanliness also was not excellent (stain on the bed sheets, plastic bottle under the curtain ...)
To small room for Family with 2 small kids, central heating without possibility to regulate a temperature on room=trouble how to dry thinks after skiing, spa not fresh air in hammam sauna, piano bar very bad waiter service.
Cooking was great and buffet of pastries made by Pietro with a Sicilian touch everyday was amazing.! Restaurant service by Guiseppe was top class. Children club run by Silvia and Silvia best place in town for the kids with activities all day long. Thank you very much to all for bringing that much to make our hollidays
wi-fi connections speed from last millennium that must improve!
Location, just a few meters away to the ski lift, but close enough to the village center. Good food. Friendly staff.
Can't think of.
The staff restaurant was excellent.Mr Guseppe was every professional and gentle. The reception staff Valentina and Nathalia were very helpful and nice. Rosie in the Spa was very professional. Food and location were excellent.
Best services in Italy! I was so impressed that staff can even greet you with name whenever you meet them. Making you feel like home & being welcome. Nice decorated & cozy accomodation, plus quality restaurant, both make the stay enjoyable. Spa & ski coach are also available. I highly recommend it to everyone.
