Splendid Hotel La Torre is situated in Mondello, just outside the center of Palermo. Rooms offer direct access to the salt water outdoor swimming pool and the board-walks on the sea. All rooms at La Torre are spacious and come with a private bathroom and air conditioning. Some rooms offer views of the the sea or of the hotel's extensive grounds. The restaurant serves international cuisine and local Sicilian specialties. Drinks and snacks are also served on the sun terrace set right behind the cliffs. Location is lovely - beautiful views from 4th floor breakfast room. The salt water pool is nice. Room facilities were very good. Was there for an event and there were lots of problems with very limited Internet access (none from rooms, only in the lobby). Miscommunication, problems with banking facilities. Some of this was due to a strong storm which apparently caused disruptions but was disappointing none the less. Restaurant food was acceptable but nicer meals were had in Mondello.

The location is wonderful but...the hotel does not deserve 4 starts. Service: nice and friendly but not really good I was visiting a conference on technology enhanced learning and basics such as Internet were not working. Also for a meeting the booked projector was not available

Its location is good, in a quieter spot, and if you pay for a sea view room, the views are very very nice. The hotel feels like its stuck in the past and in desperate need of being demolished, not just re-built. During our stay it was almost empty, but we had to pay extra for a room with a view. The double bed was two (different) singles pushed together, and the room was dirty. The hotel has very bad facilities (most of what you can see on the aerial photo's doesn't belong to the hotel) and the staff were not helpful.

The location is perfect, short distance to Mondello city center with it´s nice fishing harbour and good restaurangs. Good communication to Palermo (bus). Very attractive pool area with helpful staff and a good variarity of beverage and "pool food". Good breakfast buffé. Overall friendly staff and a good value for money hotel.....I Will be back!

The hotel had everything you needed and the staff on the front desk was very helpful. It was the first hotel I stayed at and they made some great recommendations for me. Pool is great I think the front desk are trying to do 10 things at once and forget to do things they say they will.

Mia moglie ed io siamo rimasti molto entusiasti per la meravigliosa e stupenda vacanza passata in questo hotel. Ci siamo veramente riposati.Struttura eccezionale che offre panorami incantevoli e una piscina enorme,pulitissima,con acqua di mare,assai piacevole ed inoltre una scaletta con un accesso agli scogli per un tuffo nel mare.Lodevole il servizio di autobus per Palermo,posto nelle immediate vicinanze.Ottimo lo staff. Carenza di un Parcheggio adeguato alla grande struttura.

Splendida la posizione per chi vuole fare una vacanza al mare . Molto cordiale e disponibile la direzione dell'albergo che mi è venuta incontro ad una mia esigenza personale risolvendola in maniera eccellente.

La posizione dell'hotel sulla baia di Mondello La struttura è vecchia e sembra non essere stata assoggetata a ristrutturazioni. Le camere non sono assolutamente all'altezza della categoria, con la moquette scolorita, I mobili vecchi ed addirittura un vecchio televisore 21 pollici con tubo catodico! La colazione è di scarsa qualità e con pochissima scelta

Lage des Hotels direkt am Meer ist sicherlich sehr ansprechend Das Hotel hat sicher seine besten Jahre hinter sich und könnte eine massive Renovierung verkraften. Teppiche in den Gängen stark abgenutzt und teilweise dreckig. Gebrochene Scheiben in der Hotellobby, Wasser im Frühstücksraum bei Regen. Bei einem 4*-Hotel würde man auch einen öffentlichen Internetzugang erwarten, der aber auf Anfrage nicht funktioniert hat. Auftreten der Mitarbeiter war desinteressiert und unmotiviert. Hotel ist deutlich zu teuer und hat 4* nicht verdient

Die Lage des Hotels in der Bucht von Mondello ist sehr schön. Mondello liegt günstig zu Palermo. Ordentliches Frühstücksbuffet mit toller Aussicht. Das Hotel hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Vieles ist alt. Für das Gebotene teuer.

El hotel estaba bien ahce 30 ó 40 años cuando fue construido, la reforma urgente hubiera sido necesaria hace 10 años... Ahora no llega a las 3 estrellas. La limpieza es aceptable, el personal no es todo lo amable que debería ser.

Очень любезный и отзывчивый персонал. Очень хорошее место для купания в море. На территории отеля чисто и спокойно. В отеле такого уровня интернет для гостей не должен быть платным. Не понравились завтраки.
