Staff very friendly. Location very close to Spanish steps and great restaurants. I know it was an old building but at breakfast, every time someone would walk past our table the entire floor would move. Like a loose floorboard?

Location is good. Stuff is helpfull. The room was quiet! Breakfast is rich. The view from the restorant is spledide royal. The room needs a bit renovation, the shower room for sure!

The room size, the decor, the comfort of the bed, the quality of breakfast, the pleasant and courteous staff, the location , the fantastic view from the terrasse. The room was not heated enough and only after a number of requests the temperature was raised.

The rooms were comfortable, luxoriuos and well equipped. The cheff and the staff were very nice and helpfull as I cannot eat specific food ingridients so they baked for me a special breakfast. The Mirrabelle restaurant was superb. very close to the shopping area and to important sights of Rome. All in all- a great chice to stay in Rome!

The room was exellent and bathroom was warm and full of cosmetik by Etro. The breakfast was the best in Rome and with the view such beautifull!!!!!! Even St-Peter we could see enjoying the best cappuchino in Italy!!!! Suddenly some repair works started early morning on Saturday. And we couldn't enjoy the lazy dream.
