E' veramente un eccellente hotel. Vogliamo trovare un neo?...vedi sotto nel breakfast sarebbe ben meglio avere spremute d'arancia e non i soliti succhi |

the location and the view from the 7th floor restaurant the 6th floor breakfast buffet. Horrible flooring. staff not as attentive or as friendly as in other 5 star hotels we visited in Italy. Mirabelle restaurant was lovely, however the bar area needs attention, too small, and way too much traffic from kitchen to enjoy the beautiful guitarist |

Everything was perfect. Best holiday we have ever had! Thanks to all at the Hotel Splendide Royal for making our holiday so memorable. We have already booked in again for next year and cannot wait to see Rome again! |

Exceptional service from staff. We checked-in before check-in time and a room was made available for us very quickly. Our stay was only 1 day so we did not have time to try the hotel facilities. Breakfast was included in the price paid for the room. We were leaving early the next morning and we were told that a take out breakfast would be ready for us. I found this very nice but the next morning no breakfast was available. Bed sheets and blankets not comfortable, |

The staff was extremely kind and assisted efficiently in providing good addresses and securing bookings for museum visits, etc. The rooms are very well equipped, very clean and comfortable. |

The hotel staff were veryprofessional. A really excellent hotel but Two very small picky points. For the early birds, the Gym and Breakfast only open at 7:00 If you are on a tour to the Vatican or outside of Rome, you could be leaving at 6:45, which therefore doesn't give you access to the breakfast, or gym. |

The friendliness of the staff. The prices for the room service menu were extremely high. Also, the cupboards were not well designed (hanger rods placed very high and it was hard hanging clothes and getting them down). |

Un personnel extremement attentionné, un service impécable, le petit déjeuner en terrasse au 6ème étage avec la vue sur Rome, un très bon restaurant panoramique au 7ème étage. La junior suite est superbe même si le prix est élevé. L'hotel est très bien situé on peut tout faire à pied. |

内装は豪華だけれども、レセプション、ロビー周りの設計が良くないのでいまいち落ち着かない感じがするのと、エレベーターが狭かったり、部屋が狭かったりとコストパフォーマンスは良くないと思います。日本だったら一流ホテルのジュニアスイートにも泊まれる料金を払うほどの価値はないと思います。 |

Le calme, chambre donnant sur une rue tres peu passagere, proximite du centre ville Caractere vetuste, les prix du room service exhorbitants, le petit dej en chambre honteux avec un jus d'orange a 15 euros |
