窓を開けるとすぐにアルモ川が広がる部屋だった。清潔な部屋だった。部屋の色合いや調度品にセンスを感じられる。絵画が部屋の内外にあふれている。空調や給湯の具合も良い。 レストランが込み合っていてかなり騒がしかった。 |

内装は豪華だけれども、レセプション、ロビー周りの設計が良くないのでいまいち落ち着かない感じがするのと、エレベーターが狭かったり、部屋が狭かったりとコストパフォーマンスは良くないと思います。日本だったら一流ホテルのジュニアスイートにも泊まれる料金を払うほどの価値はないと思います。 |

The room was very nice and the location was great. For a 5 star, the service was terrible. The staff was very unhelpful in making ticket or tour arrangements. The one private tour guide they arranged was not good. They did not have a way of shutting off the fan in the room so it kept running all night long, making it impossible to sleep. I would not stay there again. |

The first thing on arival was with a genuine smile, and a very polite greeting we found all the staff exceptionaly helpfull never over the top I would rate the hotel as the best I have ever had the pleasure of staying in, quite exceptional. |

the location and the view from the 7th floor restaurant the 6th floor breakfast buffet. Horrible flooring. staff not as attentive or as friendly as in other 5 star hotels we visited in Italy. Mirabelle restaurant was lovely, however the bar area needs attention, too small, and way too much traffic from kitchen to enjoy the beautiful guitarist |

Everything was perfect. Best holiday we have ever had! Thanks to all at the Hotel Splendide Royal for making our holiday so memorable. We have already booked in again for next year and cannot wait to see Rome again! |
