Świetny styl, wysoki komfort, doskonała lokalizacja, a przede wszystkim najwyższej jakości, profesjonalna i miła obsługa. W pełni zasłużona reputacja jednego z najlepszych hoteli w Rzymie.

Bufet śniadaniowy jest dość bogaty, ale przy wielodniowym pobycie, dość monotonny. Przydałoby się trochę więcej różności tym bardziej, że piętro wyżej jest znakomita restauracja, więc na brak inwencji gastronomicznej management hotelu z całą pewnością nie może narzekać. Natomiast co do jakości serowanych śniadań nie można zgłaszać żadnych uwag.

the location was very good for us to discover Rome. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The fitness room was terrible and did not look like this on the website. The prices for services within the hotel were really too expensive. The room was nice, but we overlooked the Roof for three days at 375 Euro per day.

The location was nice as it was right next to the Vio Venneta which is their Rodeo Drive, of course prices where off the chart!

We where given a small queen bed basement room with a view of the back staircase, untill we complained and then where upgraded to a wonderful room. Having paid over 1,000.00USD for 3 nights, we felt we deserved a decent rooom.

The hotel was very well located and appointed the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The only negative to this hotel was that the restaurant in the hotel was overpriced and we were pushed to order far too many courses than we could possibly handle.Aside from that the view and ambiance in the restaurant were excellent as was the quality of the food.

Great location 10 mins from the Spanish Steps and Villa Borghese

This is not a five star hotel. Way too expensive. Lacks facilities, the only restaurant/bar is a supposedly Michelin starred restaurant, too expensive to use constantly, food not up to Michelin star status, though it's location on the 7th floor with a balcony is magical.

The room was very nice and the location was great.

For a 5 star, the service was terrible. The staff was very unhelpful in making ticket or tour arrangements. The one private tour guide they arranged was not good. They did not have a way of shutting off the fan in the room so it kept running all night long, making it impossible to sleep. I would not stay there again.
