Jag är inte alls nöjd med hotellet de lurar folk och jag rekomenderar alddrig hotellet! Så mycket pengar betalade jag och fick inte service. På hemsidan står 1240 sek för 2nätter men det var euro! Jag har ringt och klagat. Om priset var 12400 utan frokost! Det är super dåligt! Frukost 500 sek bara smör marmalad, te, bröd!!! |

the location was very good for us to discover Rome. The staff was friendly and helpful. The fitness room was terrible and did not look like this on the website. The prices for services within the hotel were really too expensive. The room was nice, but we overlooked the Roof for three days at 375 Euro per day. |

the reception upon arrival, the staff was helpful and friendly, having a drink in the luxurious restaurant on the top floor is worth the price, the location next to the villa borghese. few extra services like a spa, swimming pool or tea and coffee facilities in the hallway or in the rooms, room service is very expensive (a club sandwich costs 24 euros, a small pot of tea for 2 costs 12 euros) |

The location was nice as it was right next to the Vio Venneta which is their Rodeo Drive, of course prices where off the chart! We where given a small queen bed basement room with a view of the back staircase, untill we complained and then where upgraded to a wonderful room. Having paid over 1,000.00USD for 3 nights, we felt we deserved a decent rooom. |

The staff were very friendly and more than happy to help and advise. It was in a good location and was very clean. There was a lack of facilities in the hotel. There was no relaxation bar, swimming pool or Iron in the room. The hotel provided an ironing service at a great expense. |

The hotel was very well located and appointed the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only negative to this hotel was that the restaurant in the hotel was overpriced and we were pushed to order far too many courses than we could possibly handle.Aside from that the view and ambiance in the restaurant were excellent as was the quality of the food. |

The staff were very friendly and very, very willing to please. The location was central to the heart of Rome's shopping and sight seeing areas. Perfect location. It was very nice but I don't think it lived up to it's star rating. The entrance was not a good first impression, it and other parts of the hotel are in need of a good coat of paint. |

Great location 10 mins from the Spanish Steps and Villa Borghese This is not a five star hotel. Way too expensive. Lacks facilities, the only restaurant/bar is a supposedly Michelin starred restaurant, too expensive to use constantly, food not up to Michelin star status, though it's location on the 7th floor with a balcony is magical. |

The room was very nice and the location was great. For a 5 star, the service was terrible. The staff was very unhelpful in making ticket or tour arrangements. The one private tour guide they arranged was not good. They did not have a way of shutting off the fan in the room so it kept running all night long, making it impossible to sleep. I would not stay there again. |
