The hotel could not be better located,2 mins from St Marks Sq and 5 from the Rialto.The rooms were beautifully decorated and had everything you needed.We had great views of the canal and passing gondolas.All in all well worth the visit and a good price. |

The hotel was beautiful & located perfectly for shopping & visiting Venice's historical spots. The staff was exceptional with their assistance & friendlyness. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel. |

There is very nice restaurant in the lobby and it is very close to the best shopping street in Venice. It is also between Saint Mark Square and Rialto Bridge - very convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast was very good but the choice of dishes could be wider. |

This hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff were always helpful and the room was comfortable (but small) and immaculate. The location of the hotel was in a quiet area but very close to San Marco Square and the Rialto bridge. We also had dinner there one evening and it was elegantly presented, well prepared and delicious. The diners were mostly Italian. |

Fantastic location 5 minutes stroll from St Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge, amongst all the designer shops but still surprisingly quiet. Very clean, modern interior. We also received a free room upgrade which was a nice surprise. |

The cleaniness, modern facilities in room, comfort of bed, ease of access to room, good air conditioning in 30oC heat Locating it amongst the maze of streets in Venice - better map on internet would help. Staff at check in were efficient rather than friendly. Breakfast was a scramble at times. One major issue was no English television channels, except CNN. Disappointing since a large proportion of guests were english speaking |

The rooms were decorated to a high standard. Our bedroom was well equipped - it even had a small colour TV in the bathroom. The staff were always helpful, and spoke English. Very good location - about 2 minutes walk either from the Rialto Bridge or St. Marks Square. There was no milk with the tea and coffee tray in the room, so it was neither use nor ornament. The coffee at breakfast did not taste like proper coffee - very disappointing for Italy! |

Canal/water side landing was very convenient for water taxis, especially coming with luggage from our cruise ship & then later to the station to catch the train to Milan. Good locaton between Piazza San Marco & Rialto Bridge. Decent sized rooms. Good for both shopping & sight-seeing. There did not seem to be enough staff at the front desk as they had to handle all calls asking for information, bell service & even housekeeping requirements while dealing with check-in & concierge services..... |

We loved the hotel. Very easy to find, right next to st marks and near the realto bridge. Very nice room. Very clean, nice breakfast. I would stay again if I were to go back to venice. Venice is very nice but the people are a bit snobby. Service is terrible. Canal water is very dirty, Lido beach was ok cleaner, small waves (great for kids) and water was fun to swim in. Most likely would not go back to Venice. |

The buffet breakfast was good and the location was very cetral, room small internet did not work and I told them 3 times about it also remote neede batteries and they acted as if I was stupid and did not know how to work a tv |

The location was very good right in the heart of St. Marks. The room was very clean and classy but small. The man that delivered our luggage to the room was extremely prompt and very polite. Front desk staff were not very friendly. The hotel arranged for a water shuttle for us from the airport. The person who met us was a travel agent contracted by the hotel. She talked to the boat driver for most of the trip and for the price we paid, we felt she should have been more friendly and explained the sites that we were passing and perhaps given some history on Venice etc. |
