Central location, room size and decor

For the price paid, would have expected a better breakfast and free wireless in the rooms.

Excellent hotel . Food is delicious, although a little pricy (but worth it). Excellent location. Makes for a luxurious and romantic vacation.

The hotel is at central location. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good, though other Starhotels (e.g. Echo in Milano) offer a much better selection.

Great location - 10 min walk from Rialto stop. Spacious, clean room. Breakfast had many options. They left us chocolates and a congratulatory message for our honeymoon - very thoughtful. Offered a tour over to Murano.

No free wifi. Highly trafficked area with tourists. A bit pricey but that's Venice.

1) They freeze additional 200 euro each room - I don't no why, and it took 15 minutes to check in although we were the only ones (in Florence check in took 1 minute). 2) They have internet for free only in lobby and you need to enter long strange name and password each 30 minutes. In rooms you will pay

Good location to Rialto Bridge and St Mark Square, good breakfast, very helpful staff, we needed an extension cord which they provided.

We did have wifi in a lobby library but they charged 6 euro for 24 hours in our room. All the hotels we have stayed at had free Internet in the rooms. For a four star hotel this seemed pretty petty.

Very modern, very upmarket decorations. Our room was very big and extremely comfortable. The lounges and restaurant are quite welcoming and comfortable.

Very good location in the center of the city, walk-distance both to San Marco square and Rialto bridge. Not bad breakfast. Pretty design. Comfortable bed. Smooth wifi connection. Nice reception staff, upgraded our room with free of charge.

The room was too hot and humid. We cannot turn on the cool AC instead we open the window. The view outside is a small cannel, it looks peace and nice but it smells! Overall, it is expensive. But it is in Venice...

The staff was perfect, helped us a lot with arranging a motorboat driving lesson about the canals. The location was very convenient, especially fascinating is the ability to arrive by a water-taxy.

Problems with WiFi in the room (every day we got a new password, which was complicated and did not always work out). A bit noisy, but what can one do with tourists!

The location was great between San Marco and Rialto station. Clean hotel

Noises coming from the hotel resturant as they were playing music at late night which did not enable us to sleep. No free wifi at rooms.

Location and quality of the hotel

Wow! What's not to like about this hotel; the staff was extremely helpful, polite, and eager to answer any questions. Superb location; located just off the main walking path between the Rialto bridge and Piazza San Marco, it's no more than a 3-min walk to either. Breakfast was fantastic, offering; eggs, bacon, croissants, cereal, and an assortment of other pastries. They also offer a very classy dinner that won't disappoint; recommend making reservations. Overall, the hotel was very, very clean, classy, and comforting.

The Wifi is not free in the rooms...it may be in the Suites, though. It's a 6 euro charge for tablets, phones, etc., and an 8 euro charge for computers, per 24-hours. However, it is free in their lobby. If you're a lite sleeper, stay away from the canal view rooms. Because the hotel is located just off the main walk-way between the Rialto and Piazza San Marco as well as located in a canal, people are still walking around well through 4am, being quite loud...their voices just bounce off the canal walls, piercing the window. Not to mention the water taxi's and other boats start running between 5-6am. You get the drift by now. Other than that, it was a great stay. I can imagine there are other great hotels for much less.

Its excellent location, comfortable and beautifuly designed rooms; and delicious breakfast buffet.

The location of hotel is good if you take public transportaion ,and it is very close to san marco plaza and rilato bridge(a stop if you take public transportation)and a lot of fancy stories and souvenir shops around hotel ,the room is so cozy and spacious especially the shower room,the free breakfast is so fabulous the quality of food is so good and a lot of choies

Briefly, Channel view is not true (but also it is not necessary to see very narrow, empty, green water.) Room price is too high as everywhere in Venice...

Location

When i called before booking to ask if they have aircondition they said yes, but when i was there they asked me to open the window... Aircondition only works in summer... It was too noisy outside to have a good sleep

Booked Junior-Suite and first got one on level 1 with basically no day-light. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, we got much better suite on level 4 which met our expectation. Why not right from the beginning?

Receptionists were helpful, beautiful lounge, and wonderful location. We belive we made right choice to stay this hotel.

Breakfast was poor unfortunately. Understand as it was busy, but staff should not run in the room to get things, and should be ready for customer's needs. Not only for us but some guests were waiting to be asked for coffee/tea long time.
