Sprzatanie nie zawsze na czas, czasem dopiero bardzo poznym popoludniem

The hotel was in a central area in Venice. You could walk to St. Marks Square and to the Rialto Bridge very quickly. The room was well furnished and even though it was right on a canal the noise was minimal.

Excellent location however staff in their restaurant are not friendly in the evening. A lot nicer restaurants nearby

No free internet, sometimes noisy given its central location

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! I wanted to take it home! Hotel is ideal for going round Venice as very central. The hotel staff are very polite and were able to help with all queries.

Breakfast was very simple. Also bed and breakfast room rate does not get you the full breakfast menu - you have to pay for most of it from an 'a la carte' menu. I was also disappointed with our room - it was beautifully furnished and very clean, but due to its position received very little natural light. Even with all the electric lights switched on, it was still dark.

The mattress, you can feel the springs (no not seasons) in the mattress.

Clean rooms, polite staff, central location and pleasant ambience especially in the bar and lounge areas.

The juices at breakfast were strangely coloured, as if colouring had been added, and didn`t taste as a real fruit juice should have tasted.

It's an excellent hotel, friendly and professional staff. Rooms are in excellent condition, cozy and well decorated. For a city like Venice, one would expect the hotel room styles are old and too conventional. But this hotel is way over my expectations. Highly recommended!!

The conciege service. The knowledge is too poor.

The room whilst small was well laid out and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large and luxurious and the tea/coffee facilities / mini bar and all other amenities were of a luxury hotel standard. The restaurant hotel was stunning and the breakfast which was included in our rate was outstanding. The staff also went over and above to create a great dining experience at breakfast. The location of the hotel in between Piazza San Marco and Ponte Rialto could not be better.

Wifi connection in the room was very poor. I had to sit in reception to get connection. A little annoying after I paid for the connection.

It is an excellent hotel in perfect location at the heart of Venice, good size of room, luxurious and yet value for money
