Mycket hjälpsam personal i lobby/reception. Egen vattenhållplats. Vi fick ett fantastiskt fint rum. Personalen i matsalen, kändes något oprofessionella |

Rummen var litet men bekvämt, AC:n fungerade perfekt vilket var helt avgörande för vår upplevelse av hotellet. Badrummet var fräscht och stort. Vi upplevde heller inte hotellet som lyhört. Frukostbuffén var inte den mest allomfattande men god. Dyrt i baren, en läsk för ca 60 SEK. |

The hotel was in a central area in Venice. You could walk to St. Marks Square and to the Rialto Bridge very quickly. The room was well furnished and even though it was right on a canal the noise was minimal. |

Location is good - many shops and restaurants close by, care of the staff - very helpful, fairly nice breakfast Frash juices not available for breakfast (something, huh?) |

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! I wanted to take it home! Hotel is ideal for going round Venice as very central. The hotel staff are very polite and were able to help with all queries. Breakfast was very simple. Also bed and breakfast room rate does not get you the full breakfast menu - you have to pay for most of it from an 'a la carte' menu. I was also disappointed with our room - it was beautifully furnished and very clean, but due to its position received very little natural light. Even with all the electric lights switched on, it was still dark. |

I loved this hotel, talk about luxury and style. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was excellent. The room was beatiful, comfortable and extremely stylish. The staff were excellent and friendly. We had most of our meals at the hotel, highly recommend eating there. The breakfast was excellent. |

Hotel is close to the railway station and good restaurants around The mattress, you can feel the springs (no not seasons) in the mattress. |

Clean rooms, polite staff, central location and pleasant ambience especially in the bar and lounge areas. The juices at breakfast were strangely coloured, as if colouring had been added, and didn`t taste as a real fruit juice should have tasted. |

The hotel was perfectly situated between the Marcus place and the Rialto Bridge. You could take a watertaxi direct to the hotel, but had to walk for the vaporetto. Nice staff, nice room |

It's an excellent hotel, friendly and professional staff. Rooms are in excellent condition, cozy and well decorated. For a city like Venice, one would expect the hotel room styles are old and too conventional. But this hotel is way over my expectations. Highly recommended!! The conciege service. The knowledge is too poor. |

convenient location to visit realto bridge and st.mark square and shopping street. Easy to reach from railway station. Free trip to Murano was good No indian restaurant in Venice. No effort by the hotel to keep some indian dishes in the breakfast inspite of lot of indian tourists. |

The room whilst small was well laid out and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large and luxurious and the tea/coffee facilities / mini bar and all other amenities were of a luxury hotel standard. The restaurant hotel was stunning and the breakfast which was included in our rate was outstanding. The staff also went over and above to create a great dining experience at breakfast. The location of the hotel in between Piazza San Marco and Ponte Rialto could not be better. Wifi connection in the room was very poor. I had to sit in reception to get connection. A little annoying after I paid for the connection. |

the hotel was fantastic very clean, great bed,lovely bathroom. However our bathroom fan did not work . Also the price of the hotel was very high end and paying for internet and a bottle of water on top of the cost of the room I found was a little too much. All our other accomodations in other cties included the internet and gave a complimentory bottle of water at night . The staff was extemely polite and efficient. |
