, 服務很普通, 房間太小, 沒有室內拖鞋, 沒有浴袍, 房間窗離對面窗戶只有1.5公尺, 視角也不太理想, 是區域居民臥房與餐廳, 噪音來自各處...我想可能是我的運氣不好, 因為不是所有房間是如此 service is very common, the room is too small, no indoor slippers, no bathrobes, the room window is only 1.5 meters away from the window opposite, view out of window is local resident bedroom and dining room, Noise from everywhere...I think it might be i am unluck, because not all the rooms are like this..

Absolutely everything! Central location, rooms are very clean, good size, nicely decorated with comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast! Staff is accommodating you needs at your first request. We got a room with windows to the main shopping street but I am a light sleeper and could hear every single sound at night although with shutters closed, accordingly to my husband, the noise was minimal. Next morning I asked whether we could be moved to a quiter room and, after surprised staff received my confirmation that we really wanted to be moved to a room on a "back", moved us straight away to a beautiful room on the 4th floor above the hotel's restaurant - just superb!

Nice and very central location between St Marrc & Rialto while very quiet. The room was well priced and we even got an upgrade. Mattress was impressively comfortable.

Very slow public WiFi in the lobby!!! (Made me spend more time outside though)

I love the location as well as the rooms. The hotel is central and rooms overlook the canals, which is breathtaking. The rooms are modern, luxurious and inviting. Breakfast is lovely in the sun room. I appreciate the amenties such as laundry services. I have stayed before and would stay again.

The price was reasonable in November but more than double in April - that's a big jump...

I booked here for our 10th Wedding anniversary. I chose this hotel as it had good reviews. The location was perfect - I wondered if I needed to be on the grand canal, but found this central location to be one of the best I could have chosen. Even before our arrival, the staff were extremely helpful - the concierge (Georgia) helped me to book transfers and flowers for my wife - The flowers were beautiful. The hotel upgraded us to a deluxe room with canal view - this room was of a superb standard - These rooms aren't huge, but I think that is the theme in Venice. I looked at a suite, which was obviously much bigger, but decided that it wasn't much better (apart from having a separate lounge), so stuck with the deluxe with canal view. We ate in the restaurant every morning and 1 evening. The evening meal was superb. I was prepared for poor breakfasts as I'd read the reviews, they were ok - could be better. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I knew that the breakfast may be an issue as I'd read the reviews - but It wasn't terrible, it just wasn't quite to the standard of the rest of the hotel. There was usually a few minute's wait to seat people in the atrium (there was a separate indoor area next door for which there wasn't a queue, but we didn't realise this until the end of our stay. There was a good selection for breakfast - although it was the same each day - so a bit of variation would improve things. The scrambled eggs were a bit sloppy and not well mixed - so they didn't look particularly appetising, but were very nice to eat - Just a little more effort on presentation would fix this. My wife was disappointed that the milk was never cold. The coffee was a big disappointment for me ! I dream of arriving in Italy and getting a fabulous cappuccino - but the coffee here was poor (I did find it to be mostly poor in venice) - Come on Italy - coffee is one of the things you do best ! There were no 'treatments' offered - This could easily be added either internally in partnership with a local spa - which would improve the service offering. TV - there was only news content in english - apart from the (expensive) movies - BUT if you come to venice to watch TV then you need to take a look at yourself !

The room was small but did not detract from the overall opinion of service, cleanliness and facilities which were all excellent.

Overall our stay was very pleasant ... location was superb, the staff were friendly and the room was excellent. No regrets whatsoever choosing Starhotel Splendid Venice for our 3 day weekend break.

Fantastic location with picturesque entrance set on a canal. Small but well decorated bedrooms with all amenties and bathroom very clean. Communal rooms very nice so it was a pleasure to return to the hotel after a busy and tiring day of sightseeing. Right in the centre for shopping, restaurants and famous landmarks. Gondola trip returns you to the front door as does the water taxi from airport - well worth the money for a family of 4. Dinner very good and food/drink bill at the end of our stay reasonable. Would highly recommend particularly with teenage children who can get out on their own for a wander.

The location of the hotel is just great, right in city center close to both Rialto bridge and San Marco square. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, plus hotel staff are really professional and polite. Definately a great place to stay if you are in Venice!
