Luna Lughente is 1.5 miles from the beaches in Pittulongu, accessible with a free shuttle bus. Its swimming pool and garden offer panoramic views of the Gulf of Olbia.
Score from 590 reviews Very good
Jazz Hotel is just over a quarter mile from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport and just over 1 mile from the center of Olbia. It includes a swimming pool and air-conditioned rooms with an LCD satellite TV.
Score from 711 reviews Wonderful
The hotel is ideally situated both in the center of Olbia and tucked away from the noise and traffic on a peaceful road near the main street, Viale Aldo Moro.
Score from 794 reviews Good
Hotel S'Astore offers air conditioned rooms with private porches in a panoramic position, overlooking Porto Rotondo. You will also find a free parking lot and a swimming pool.
Score from 362 reviews Very good
Perfect if you are looking for a place where to play tennis, swim or workout - or simply relax at the beautiful Spa. Very good breakfast.
Tutto era molto buono! The room was spacious and clean and breakfast was varied. The hotel has good sporting facilities and a small spa. WIFI connection in rooms was very good. The location was good in case of having rented a car. Our favorite beach was Rena Bianca (gps 41.047768, 9.517866 and 41.046919, 9.524001) Tegelikult sobib ka neile, kes ei soovi sportlikku puhkust.
Pizzeria was a bit too expensive for families. There was no playground for children. Fridays and Saturdays was in the bar too loud music past midnight.
Very comfortable and quiet rooms. excellent spa and sport facilities. Good Italian breakfast. A very nice place to rest and a very good base to tour the area and Olbia. Recommendable for all ages and families with children. Good internet connection.
The only thing I want to suggest is to add a curtain in the douche section of the bathroom in order to avoid watering the floor.
One of the Restaurants was very good
Breakfast in the main ding room was terrible. A joke. No food left, just awful.
Great hotel for great price.had a weekend there and really enjoyed it. .definitely recommend
exit of the highway. parking is diffucult because the sport center get lots of visitors from outside coming by car. breakfast and wellness are great. the restaurant la mesa is not offering good service nor good food and expensif. but in winter lots of restorants are closed and so we depended on that restaurant.
difficult to find your way inside geovillage. it is too big and buildings far apart.
No heating Wellness overbooked Bathroom not clean Water in bath was yellow
Clean and quiet place, beautiful surroundings of hotel. Many sports and relaxation opportunities for everyone. Breakfast was the best we ever had during period of traveling around Sardegna. Distance to Costa Smeralda is around 15-20 min. by car.
Very poor wi-fi in the rooms. Location is available just by car and was difficult to find this place. Fortunately we had a GPS navigation :) We don't recommend pizzeria-restaurant that is located in hotel area.
The gym/ Tennis was very good. The room was cleaned every day.
Fire extinguisher missing: On our floor ,it was 3 empty holders for Extinguisher. One of them was full of broken glass. This is very poor. Breakfast: more fresh cut fruit would be nice.
Very comfortable room, big bathroom with both shower and bathtube, good breakfast.
The hotel is isolated from the city in an industrial zone, very difficult to find even with a GPS.
The facilities were good and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The resort is slightly out of the centre of town but the local bus comes straight into the complex. If you want to travel further out and enjoy the town at night you will need to rent a car as this added costs to the trip and for excursions.
Although the rooms were cleaned thoroughly we had an infestation of ants and had to be moved into another room.
The facility looks excellent. The breakfast - WOW !!!
There was no AC and when we asked to activate it, we were told that it is management decision not to power it on. The problem was that in the room is was too warm and specially at night. The SPA is very nice, BUT they force you to pay for the towels and slippers, although you have ones.
We got a great deal 80gbp for 2 nights for 2 in a standard double. Beds and rooms were big and comfortable. Easy access to car park as it is located in basement of main building.
Originally given a room far from main building and having read other reviews, we quickly checked the wifi connectivity and there was none. Phoned reception who insisted there was wifi and we should keep trying. We asked to switch rooms and finally they gave us a room in main building which had great wifi. Free spa was closed for maintenance pretty much all day until 4pm. They did not tell us there was a charge for towel hire prior (if I had known I could have requested towels from housekeeping). Note you need to bring own thongs and cannot have worn them elsewhere outside (this could've been better highlighted to us) so we ended up having to pay 3eur each for poor quality once use thongs and 2eur for towel hire. Service at spa was slow and there was only one staff. As a result we lost 20mins of our 90mins entry.
Not have internet in the room. The rest was fantastic.
wellness, amazing coffee, great restaurant, overwhelming pools
location (but you can take a bus)
Sports facilities - tennis, gym are for free. Quite good spa - first visit is for free, then half normal price ~10 euro per 1,5 hour. Good clean rooms. Price. Staff is nice. Underground parking free of charge.
Breakfast is not 4* hotel - rather like a hostel or a poor 2* hotel. Almost no vegetables, one type of cheese, one type of sliced meat, boild eggs and many different cheap cookies. Also, it is only up to 10 am.
Parking and pool.
There was a rankness in the room from the clima. The breakfast was very poor for a 4* Hotel. There was an anthill in balcony and we couldn't use it. The distance from the city is an impediment, if you don't have a car.
Terrible loud music at swimming pool, so awful you couldn't seat there for long. Very inpersonal, lacking atmosphere.
I Could complain about few things if I would pay the full price but for the price of 50 euro it's just exellent. You got one free entry to the spa (we didn't really check it out, because we was checking in late and checking out early. Anyway You got nice big room with private bathroom and a breakfast in price aswell with very good choice of stuff. The only thing You need to think about is that You probably gonna need a car to get there but I think You need it in most of places in Sardynia.
good sports facilities, nice staff, free spa use although this is somewhat time restricted. great pool and pool area. a nice bar/restaurant near the gym/spa area, less formal than main hotel and fantastic tuna!!
location is basically in an industrial estate so if you are hoping to walk to a local bar or cafe, its not possible. however, if you are happy to be based in the complex, you are sorted!
Nice outdoor pool, wide breakfast buffet selection + amenities for sporting
TV not working, complementary SPA available at uncovenient hours
the staff is absolutely ignorant and are not helpful at all, they charge you for everything-towels, slippers etc. You only get one time entance for wellnes which you have to reserve, you can check in at 4-which is very late for me. The shuttle bus driver is always late. Besides everything the dinner for one costs 25 euros and breakfast is really sweet-all kinds of cakes, croissants etc. Just too sweet for your first meal. All in all I did not get what I've expected to get for the money I have paid.
Good facilities though 'more limited availability ' out of season. Restaurant meals generally good value, tho' food often quite cold. Bus services into town good . . and cheap.
Rooms 14** close to a generator of some sort which was incredibly noisy! Location was terrible. Behind a massive industrial estate that did not encourage walking out of the grounds.
The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The evenings eating outdoor at Sa Mesa Restaurant with live entertainment was beautiful. The regular bus service at the hotel. Nice large pool area.(Music sometimes a little too loud but on the whole very pleasant Good pool towels and a good variety of pool loungers.
No written information in English.Having eaten every evening outdoor at Sa Mesa, the last evening we were forced to eat inside due to the weather. This was a totally different experience and one that ruined our last evening meal at the hotel. We did not expect to have to watch and listen to an Italian football match on the TV. T..It seems that everyone had one eye on the business while the other was on the TV screen. And that must have included the chef as my steak was so rare that it could have run off the plate. Our room was 'over the bridge' as we were told on booking in and by by the end of the holiday we certainly knew our way over the bridge.....it was tiring and exhausting to say the least, and very difficult for my husband with walking difficulties.
I liked the SPA package that is included in the booking and the pool, breakfast is also amazing!
the location! You definitely need a car and it costs a lot to get to the beaches around or to go for a dinner to Olbia. They should also keep their entertainment program in september, as there are lots of travelers who come here out of top season.
