The standard of cleanliness in the room was excellent. The view of the sea from the balcony was appreciated. Would have appreciated tea and coffe making facilities - just a kettle would have been good. I used the sun lounger on the roof and was locked on the roof when someone closed the door(hotel staff).this is dangerous and should be attended to. Luckily I knew someone who was in a nearby village who phoned the hotel to inform them - there was no apology. The breakfast would have been better if there had been a selection of fresh fruit and cheeses. A discount for guests for using pool and spa facilities would have been appreciated, too. |

very clean breakfast was til 9.30h and there was no food at all in 9.31. The beach before the hotel is over-prised and is 15 euros for pair of sunbeds and 1 umbrella. There are far better hotels for that price in Taormina or Letojani where there are more and better restaurants and bars |

The location of this hotel is excellent, right on the sandy beach. The staff were nice, good English. They were really helpful in advising how to get around on the island. They were also flexible, we could leave our luggage at the hotel before checking in on arrival and after checking out hours when we left. Breakfast is decent. The room was really clean and comfortable, decent size. We even had in the room a minibar fridge that we could use for our own drinks and stuff. We walked around and compared ours to the other hotels in the near surrounding this is really the nicest one. Definitely a great choice for our holiday. I strongly recommend this hotel |

The rooms were very clean and the domestic staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a large choice and was very pleasing. on the website "booking.com" I was under the impression that every room with a sea view had a balcony. this was very disappointing when I was told this was not the case on arrival. Also the website stated that the hotel had a shuttle bus service to the airport which was untrue and instead we had to lug cases up a very steep hill to the bus stop !. A facility for changing money would have been very useful as at the weekend the banks are closed and there are no other places in Giardini for this. |

Close to the beach, at the beginning of corso with no possibility even to stop for unloading luggage, interesting architecture of the hotel, clean room. Hotel is a little worn out, they turn off air condition in the forenoon. Breakfast are monotonous, milk or chocolate diluted with watter. No possibility to dry towels, internet didnt work whole week. Our family room was a small 2bad room with couch and no balcony. It took efforts to change it. No additional activity offer in hotel. |

The seaview Breakfast was poor. The croissants were very plain. In the advert they say that the hotel has its own parking when in fact they have no reserved parking. They did not inform us that to park nearby the hotel, we had to pay. Hotel staff is not helpful |

The staff were very helpful at all times and the rooms were shining everyday which was lovely. The rooms were very Italian with lovely bright colours and tiles. I liked that the hotel is quite old fashioned looking, it is full of character. The shower is tiny and very poor, anyone with mobility issues would not fit in this shower. Little things annoyed me such as beautiful tiling in the rooms with rough black plaster sprawled across it in corners. I didn't like that guests had to pay to use gym and pool. |

We had a very warm welcome, the person in charge at the reception desck was extremly helpful. The hotel is very clean an practical on the beach, near the Taormina town and one hour faraway from Catania airport. The hotel has a beautiful view with the sea in front and Etna Mountin covered with snow behind. I think you should do something about parking at your hotel. |

Excellent beachside location (though beach opposite is private lido not owned by hotel). Very spacious room (room for disabled) with super view of sea and Taormina (sea view normally extra cost - we got lucky!). Super value at 49 euros per night. Breakfast distinctly average (tour parties - early birds got the worms!). Ignore the four star rating but, given the price and premium location, excellent value. |

It was relatively inexpensive and the breakfast was good. We did not feel this should be rated as a 4 star hotel. The swimming pool is shown as a facility but is only available for 1 hr per day unless paid for. We requested the air conditioning be switched on as there were 4 people sleeping in one room and this was not possible. The room was clean but not what we would consider a 4 star. |
