Location is perfect. close to most areal attractions. No where in hotel documentation it was mentioned the room is cleaned only one time during our week stay. That was very disturbing running with same towels few day especially on days with 37degC and 95 PrecentHumidity. Room door was not locking properly and it took the staff to fix it 4 days. |

Das Hotel liegt günstig für Ausflüge am Gardasee, sowie nach Venedig (mit der Bahn ab Desenzano) und nach Verona und Bresvcia.Fünf Golfplätze in der näheren Umgebung. Greenfeerabatt für Hotelgäse. Sehr schöne Pool-Anlage, die auch abends genutzt werden kann. Programm auf der schönen Terrasse z.T. Livemusik am Abend.Jeden Tag frische Handtücher auf den gut klimatisierten Zimmern. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ordentlich, könnte aber etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. (Eine Sorte KLäse und Wurst über 2 Wochen) |

Ausstattung und Design und die Lage in der Nähe am See Es gab kein heißes Wasser, auch nicht nach 2-maliger Reklamation, schlechter Service beim Frühstück - mann schenkte dem Gast keine Beachtung, kein reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot - teilweise schon 1 Stunde vor Frühstücksende sind bestimmde Speisen nicht mehr vorhanden - es wurde nur auf verlangen nachgelegt, in der Anlage ist es viel zu laut - an Entspannung nicht zu denken, rund um den Pool sind den ganzen Tag die Servicekräfte mit lauten Servicewagen unterwegs - Hartkunststoffrollen auf Pflastersteinen!! |

le confort,l'équipement et la conception des appartements l'heure de fermeture de la piscine 19h00 ainsi que la facturation du nettoyage de l'appartement (nous y avons été obligé car il n'y avait pas de materiel a disposition et cela nous a couté 84 € pour changer 34 draps et passer un coup de balai) |

Sehr komfortable Zimmer (Junior-Suiten), schöne Hoitelanlage und freundliches Personal.Ansonsten sehr ausserhalb des Ortes Moniga und ohne PKW ist man aufgeschmissen. Man sollte wissen, dass es sich um ein Durchgangshotel für Busgruppen handelt. Die Busse kamen am Spätnachmittag und fuhren am nächsten Morgen gegen 09.00 Uhr wieder ab. Tagsüber gähnende Leere.Gäste blieben imer nur eine Nacht. Frühstücksbuffett sehr einfallslos und in den 4 Tagen ohne Abwechselung. |

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr ordentlich und schön. Die Mitarbeiter waren allesamt genervt und unfreundlich und ignorant und unfähig. Die Einnahme des Frühstücks war unmöglich, da nur 5 Tische für alle Gäste aufgedeckt waren..Entweder Wartezeit oder an einem grossen Tisch mit fremden Leuten frühstücken???? Not-Ramada-like"". Ich werde dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen. |
