Free parking. The shower "curtain" was worthless. There was a lake on the floor after each shower and there was no way to make the curtain work any better. One member of the staff was very nice. Every one else was either unfriendly or rude. Breakfast was limited. Room was very hot and noisy from traffic because the windows had to be left open to cool the room. The air conditioner was woefully inadequate. Only one decent restaurant within walking distance.

Room was clean and comfortable. Proximity to where we wanted to be - American School of Milan. The sauna and jacuzzi were not working - nothing to do. Very few options for dining out close to the hotel. It took almost 40 minutes to take public transportation to the center of Milan.

La posizione di vicinanza all'autostrada allo ieo. Il personale della reception è molto efficiente e cortese. Il ristorante è caro e I piatti non sono all'altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle.

Credo sia il più vicino e comodo al Centro Oncologico Europeo c'è persino una navetta che raggiunge in pochi minuti il Centro Non siamo riusciti a regolare la temperatura della stanza che era elevata.

Esclusivamente la vicinanza allo ieo Hotel molto datato; la prima notte non è stato possibile spegnere il rumoroso convettore causa pulsante rotto; al mattino non è stato possibile fare una doccia e/o bagno causa malfunzionamento rubinetteria e scarico vasca danneggiato; la notte successiva rumori impossibili causa scarichi wc altre camere.

Vicinanza alla struttura di interesse. Camera molto calda, esposta a sud con fancoil rumoroso e con aria ad altezza del letto che abbiamo chiesto di spegnere in quanto il sistema di regolazione non funzionava. Le finestre bisognava tenerle chiuse a causa del rumore del traffico. In caso di prenotazione chiedere stanza non esposta a sud.

nessun aspetto , costoso abbiam speso complessivamente quasi 400 € per una sola notte, mia madte aveva chiesto in serarata un latte caldo con una briosch ma neiente quest'ultima non era disponibile. strano per un hotel a quattro stelle per cui noi tre siam rimasti insoddisfatti e delusi troppa fila per cek in e cec haut. insomma un disatro l'hotel è rumoroso e aprire la finestra è stato difficile.inoltre sentivamo i rumori anche dei bagni vicini, e per finire la mochet era molto polverosa.
