I cannot really give details about the hotel itself as we stayed in the studio apartments, the studio is located about 5 minutes walk away from the hotel itself, they should state this on their website but don't, its further away from the chairlift but still within easy reach of facilities, studio came with undercover parking for free with was good as you have to pay for parking at the hotel, lady receptionist was nice and helpful once we located her by phone as know one available at hotel reception! Studio itself was good, warm, comfy bed ample of wardrobe space and bathroom big with plenty of hot water, kitchen part was awful no kettle and all of the items in the cupboard old and out of date, kitchen was a real problem as we ate out but you could never cater in be warned !! All in all it was cheap and what we needed for our ski trip!

Kitchen awful you could not cater in! Tea towels looked like they had never been washed and very odd utensils in cupboard, no kettle ! Was quiet until changover day and we had people banging around at 4am!

The hotel is not a 3 star. It is not even a 'nice' hostel. It was so uncomfortable we left a day early - even though we paid for 3 nights. There were no soaps (hand, body or shampoo) provided, no hair dryer, I had to go buy one - that is unacceptable for a 3 star. The bathroom had a holes in the ceiling, the radiator leaked so there were puddles of water on the bathroom floor and as you don't get refreshed towels you had to live with water puddles everywhere. We had only one wooden chair to sit on and the tv only got one channel. Totally substandard hotel - if you think you are going to save a bit of money, pay a bit more to enjoy your holiday. Truly the pictures are not reflective - it is a shabby run down dump.

Location that was it!

The hotel was a disgrace for what they were charging! Our room practically had no real curtains and we were at street level, so the room was very bright all night. There was a school party that were very load at 6 am and the teachers were holding meetings outside the room at 11pm. We booked a double and got a twin, the door didn't lock properly. Breakfast was a Joke! The milk was off and the cereal stale! There wasn't any hot food just a bit of poor quality ham and what I think was cheese. The furnishing throughout the hotel resembled what I'd expect in a 1 star hostel in Eastern Europe not a 3 star hotel! Do not recommend this hotel at all. I have stayed in sauze 5 times now and this was by far the most expensive , yet worst accomodation I have had. Not family friendly. My sisters kids were kept awake all night by the noise and bright lights in the room!

Lady at receptions was very helpful, and location was excellent.. 2-5 min walk to lifts...

exposed wires on the lighting, draft coming from the windows this made it very uncomfortable to sleep at night. Lock on the door was useless... loud guests coming in and out of the hotel and down the corridors.

Non mi è piaciuto nulla dell' Hotel......

Tutto camere freddissime , tutte rovinate , a partire dai muri, bagno sporco, doccia che non andava, troppo luminosa la stanza , non ri riusciva a dormire, letti scomodi con materassi ultra utilizzati... Personale in reception inesistente alla sera. Riscaldamento che non andava. Non hanno neanche rifatto la stanza dopo la prima notte trascorsa. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente insufficiente, anzi 100 euro a notte con colazione è un furto... Merita una stella se bisogna prorpio dargliela 1 invece di 3 ...... Siamo andati via una notte prima proprio per I disagi....

Abbiamo alloggiato negli appartamenti vicino all'albergo (Via Monfol 20) POSITIVO:posizione,rapporto qualità/prezzo,disponibilità,cortesia,comfort,elettrodomestici (lavastoviglie e lavatrice),garage,tranquillità e silenzio,vicinanza al centro.

La pulizia dell'alloggio

Buona posizione, molto vicino al centro del paese, con possibilità di parcheggio anche al di fuori della struttura.

L'attrezzatura per cucinare è veramente scarsa, con padelle e pentole sporche e rovinate, quasi inutilizzabili, ho dovuto contattare la reception per farmi portare una padella in cui poter cucinare almeno una bistecca, dato che con quelle fornite ci cucinavo a malapena un uovo. Il letto è uno strumento di tortura, con doghe sfondate e le sbarre di metallo che affondavano nella carne, ho dormito veramente male. Il prezzo pagato è smisurato rispetto a quanto offerto, la camera valeva la metà dei soldi spesi. Non ci torneremo.

La buona volontà dell'unica signorina al servizio bar, purtroppo non ho altro da aggiungere.

La struttura è fatiscente, decadente e squallida. Le camere hanno un arredamento che ricorda I peggiori alloggi dei paesi dell'est (prima della caduta del muro). E' inammissibile che a questo hotel vengano attribuite ben tre stelle! A malapena potrebbe essere considerata una pensione ad una stella. Che Booking.com permetta questo mi perplime assai. Vergogna.

Very shabby, tv broken - wasn't clean - breakfast was rubbish - desperate need of modernising and also when we booked for 5 and was given a triple and a studio we wasn't told that the studio was 300 yards away up the road.

Frankly speaking, there was really nothing decent.

The Hotel appears "decadent" in every single part; no shampoo; need everytime to ask the reception for a hairdryer; very poor and low quality breakfast (no fresh croissants, only packed, really uneatable). Apart from the receptionnist, very kind, polite and fluent english speaking, the rest of the personnel is mostly unpleasent. The hotel should have max 2 stars (not 3 as it is now).

Ubicacion

El trato de parte del personal, concretamente la persona encargada del desayuno nos trató realmente mal, quejandose a gritos cuando llegamos 15 min antes de que finalizara la hora del desayuno. Si bien, la persona de recepcion era muy agradable. Ademas se debe mejorar la limpideza, alguien habia vomitado en la escalera y no lo limpiaron hasta el dia siguiente aunque el personal de recepcion lo sabía. En general para el precio que pagamos muy relacion calidad precio
