Staff was friendly and helpful. I did feel cramped in the room for the price. Amenities were good though. |

At first I have to mention staff. They were really friendly and helpful all the time. Really wonderful people. Bar / restaurant was also really nice place to go. Good drinks (for example good quality teas), simple but tasty food, excellent air conditioning in reception room and bar. Location was really nice next to Vatican. Bathroom was small, but still ok. Room was very clean and peaceful. The room should have really been bigger (I was alone in Double Superior Room). Also air conditioning should have been more efficient (I was in 6th floor, 31C outside). |

La gentilezza del personale e la vicinanza ai Musei Vaticani ed alla Basilica di San Pietro. Le camere, veramente microscopiche. Le rifiniture della verniciatura degli ambienti, appena accettabile. La mancanza di posti a tavola in certi momenti dell'orario del Breakfast. Il ristorante con pochissimi tavoli e tutti da due posti. |

De service van het personeel en het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. De kamers waren erg klein en de verwarming ging aan als het raam open ging (en dat kon niet anders ingesteld worden door het personeel). |

La ubicación si tu objetivo es el Vaticano. El personal de la mañana muy atento y el desayuno muy variado. El servicio de restarurante es pésimo. Si llegas agotado de caminar por Roma, es preferible probar en el restaurante mexicano de enfrente pero nunca en el del hotel. Escaso, precocinado y eterno. |

La amabilidad de su personal, especialmente la del encargado de la cafetería, que nos preparó varios dias la cena, y el excelente desayuno buffet. Muy buen trato del personal en todo momento. La calle en la que está situado ya que el entorno no es bonito, aunque su ubicación es excelente. El espacio para cafetería y para el comedor del desayuno es pequeño. |
