Staff was friendly and helpful
Wifi, was slow and poor at certain places
Staff has been very kind and the location is fantastic just behind Vatican Museum
Sounds a bit pathetic but the room was very very small and found it hard to move around when both standing or getting ready.
The hotel has a very good location, very close to City of Vatican and close to the underground station. At the same time it is a very quiet place with minimal or no traffic. For small surcharge you can book large enough room for single with good shower unit.
No significant disadvantages.
Super small shower
Great rooms, that were kept very clean. Also you can't beat the location of you want to see the vatican.
The beds are simply to short. I am 6ft and my feet were hanging over the back end. I had to try and sleep from corner to corner.
Good chamber maids and support staff location short distance to vatican & St P Moderate walk to this side of rive and to navona etc
If elderly check re room shower which has a high lip to step over to gain access Rooms are smallish but all good facilities tea making Good tv screen size fridge bar etc and wardrobe space with safe so happy though know some may wish for larger room space Probably need extra staff at breakfast as staff are working full out to cope
The location was great for visiting the Vatican. Amenities were very "American" in nature. Large rooms, big bathrooms. Good breakfast. However, rather distant to other Rome attractions. Not many good restaurants within walking distance.
Great location for Vatican. Very comfortable room. Staff helpful, especially the porters.
Area right around hotel is a little run down (but not unsafe), so it makes to plan where you are going if looking for a cafe or shops.
Needs modernization, but cant complain for the price and location
Location and the room had tea/coffee facilities and a minibar- usually only available for a premium in most European hotels! Staff very efficient and helpful.
The hotel is in a good position close to the Vatican. When we wanted to travel to other places of interest the hotel staff provided a map and told us which bus to catch. They also arranged our taxi transfers, nothing was too much trouble. A bonus having tea making facilities and with breakfast included we got a good start to our day. With plenty of restaurants locally for the evening it all made for a perfect holiday.
Great Location, good value, great breakfast, room and shower bigger than expected. Suitable for families. Daily cleaning regime was very good. Staff friendly and helpful.
Breakfast room small when hotel is busy.
Slight problem handled very professionally by the staff. Staff was awesome. Breakfast was excellent.
Rooms and elevator are small
Close to Vatican, good shopping and restaurants. There is a great Mexican restaurant access the road that we would recommend if you want a change from pizza and pasta. Good breakfast Friendly, helpful staff. Comfy beds Easy to get to and find, close to a Metro station
Our room had a broken shower screen but it wasn't a big deal, just meant the floor got wet. Always had to ask for more toilet paper, with a family of 4 they should probably leave a few extra.
Cleanliness Staff very friendly Complimentary Mini Bar Air Conditioning Multi functional shower
Hotel missed having a proper bar. Restuarant too small for breakfast, as everyone gets up early to go out sight seeing
Location Good breakfast Very clean Nice rooms Staff very helpful
Nothing that I can think of.
Definitely the location was excellent and walking distance to Vatican City. Near by market was also good with good deals. Good eating faclities around. inhouse food was also not bad.
Breakfast was with limited options. Staff did not prvided the wine glasess in room if you are not consuming their wine (it was a surprise to me)
We had superior room it was a quite spacious with the street view balcony ,but the bathroom was really small with the shower cabin you have to squeeze into - really very narrow space.Air condition was very noisy. Minibar was free of charge for this type of room.Underground garage available for 20 Euro per night. Good public not secure internet access. It's not in a very center of Rome ,but the location is very convenient to Vatican, close to the Cipro Metro station and Bus stop more less 10 min. walk.
Excellent location, very comfortable room
Good location: close to Vatican city (5-10 mins walk to St Peter square) Great breakfast
dining area culd be bigger. but ok of course, just crowded in the mornings, and had to wait for free table.
close to the Vatican The breakfast
The staff could be more friendly
We went to the hotel for a vication and we loved it! The stuff was super nice and it was in a very good area. Will come back!
no carpets on the floor. towels, toileteries in the bath perfect. jaccuzzi bath great pillows great bed
