Outstanding hotel. Book the family junior suite. Quirky, stylish design with brilliant facilities. A few minutes from Vatican Museum.
Room service food was poor but with so many great resturaunts in the area you shouldn't eat at the hotel anyway
The hotel is conveniently located to the Vatican. Many excellent cafés in the area. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and always happy to answer any questions. The free breakfast was very good also.
The only downfall was the room was very warm, but we just opened the balcony doors and were able to cool down the room quickly.
Price, location, great breakfast with excellent service, dinner was delicious, very clean.
Super small room, but we managed fine.
All reception staff excellant.Hotel in good position for Vatican.Free use of Internet/printer.Beds bedding etc cleaniness good.Good size tv's. staff ok in bar but not much selection.
Breakfasts cold every morning, staff not interested, not much choice. Showers too small for average size parking v/poor if you have transport
Great breakfast and coffee :-)
It's supposed to be an airconditioned hotel room but the AC was not working
Good location , clean , good breakfast , close to Vatican restaurants
We arrived at Rome after 16 hours flight with my older parents are age at 10 am there was no consideration of give us a room before check-in, which was at 3 pm, we had no problem paying extra but nothing too cold and stringent
Location was great, room very clean
Shower too small - you couldn't swing a cat in there!
Great Location. 2 Minute walk to Vatican Musem. Breakfest was nice.
It was a little pricey.
Hotel was ideally located for us, we stayed here 12 years prior. It has been upgraded over the time.
Our only concern was the size of the shower facility for elderly couple
5 min distance from papa Francesco
miniature toilet, lack of space in the room
Everything was perfect, room clean, nice staff.
The garage doesn"t have enough room for parking and moove a middle size car, even worst for a sedan. I have personally got a scratch on rear bumper.
Wifi so poor in our room needed to stay in the hotel lobby to get a good connection.
-quiet and beautiful location. -very near to papacy.
-menu has no african dishes.
The hotel was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Near a metro stop so easy to get anywhere in city. Extremely close to Vatican. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again if returning to Rome.
The view from the room was poor. We looked at an air conditioning duct so never opened curtains. Despite it being a non smoking floor, there was smoke that was coming in windows from someone smoking near them as well as smoke in hallway.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was fantastic. We wanted to be close to the Vatican City and it was perfect. We loved St. Peter's Square and fell in love Rome.
There was no "Do not disturb" sign for the door. And on our last morning we were exhausted and decided to have a lay in and go to breakfast later at 10am. But the cleaner opened our door and found us all asleep in our beds. She apologised and left. Besides waking us up it was not nice that someone walked into our room!
Great location for Vatican Museum. Very kind and helpful staff, they made our stay wonderful. We stayed in a Superior room which was spacious and quiet. Very comfortable bed, they also left a selection of pillows for us to try without requesting it. All in all fantastic stay.
Bathroom in the small side.
Room was lovely, split over two levels, location was literally next to the Vatican City Museum, breakfast was good and staff were very friendly.
Scaffolders woke us next door at 7am the next morning, but this was a minor issue and wasn't directly the hotels fault.
I understand the need for the structure of fixed times . However having to wait 3 hours before we could get to our room after an early start from the UK was very tiring to wait around. Also vacating rooms by 11 am and having to wait till 6 PM for airport transfer. The inclement weather didn't help not being able to get out and having to wait in the foyer all day
Very friendly staff, fresh towels and beds made daily, free mini bar refilled daily, excellent breakfast and a computer with printer available to use free of charge, altogether, a great experience.
The WiFi coverage was a little patchy and only worked near the door to our room (we were on the ground floor) however there was great coverage in the reception area and comfy seats.
A fantastic little hotel with the friendliest staff in Rome. The two level family room was large, spacious and kept very clean every day. The shower was excellent. Romina and her team behind the front desk could not have been more helpful. They were always cheerful, kind and made excellent suggestions. The location is ideal for The Vatican. And for nice walks to all the major central Rome destinations. Overall, we loved the hotel.
Great deal for the money, beds an pillows not as plush and comfy as I would like but reasonable, breakfast was great, but location is what beats it all.
The hard beds and flat pillow
no seating in room except on bed
Breakfast was good, close to Vatican.
Beds were hard and pillows flat.
Come and go as you pleased Good breakfast set you up for the day
