Staff were extremely nice and helpful, and rooms were new decorqted and very clean,good automasphere

Early check-in. Very helpful friendly staff. Good sized room (for Milan). Great location with easy access to metro. Free Tea & snacks in the afternoon. Nibbles at the bar. Stayed in Milan several times - this is the one I will return to.

We thought the staff were most helpful especially as we needed to catch a train at 6am. They made us a breakfast pack to take with us and gave us a hot coffee while we waited for our taxi. We only stayed overnight as we were on our way to France but with the high level of service and convenient location of this hotel we would definitely recommend it for a longer stay

Only negative comment was the level of noise at night as the soundproofing between the rooms isn't the best

Small room for one person

In my view it's a nice hotel for the people who's ate searching for shopping or to be beside the center of the city

The room was too small, no amineties in the bathroom, shower tray only and there was'nt any bath tub as shown on the web site. My wife broke a glass on the first day of our stay, although we told the house keeper about it, we were shocked when we got back to the hotel to find that she pushed the bits of the glass under the bed.

For a four star hotel, I didn't like their heating not working properly in the room when nights were at -10C in Milan. Even after requesting to have a look at the heating, the room was freezing cold. The bathroom wooden door had mold at the bottom (which is already a bad sign). After shower, which had the glass protection for water not leaking out of the shower, the entire floor of the bathroom was flooded. Evidently, it's not the first time the glass protection for the shower did not work, given the molded wooden door. Yet, I'm surprised that a 4star hotel manages to neglect this 'detail' and even the cleaning lady, seeing the water in the bathroom door must realize that something is wrong. I would not recommend staying in this hotel.

shower does't work , less hot water . air condition was not warm enough , blanket was too thin to sleep well , felt cold in night.

It is very central, shops and restaurants all around. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was meticulously cleaned. Good breakfast with a wide choice of sweets.

The walls are so thin that you can hear the neighbours talk (talking at normal sound level) through the night. Room doors slamming shut through the night. Mechanical door closers might be a solution. Earplugs also help to sleep quietly. The shower works very well with cold water, but as soon as it is warm, the water is dripping rather than pooring.
