La zona spa non accessibile ai bambini dopo le ore 15.00. Aver dovuto pagare I succhi di frutta per la bambina a colazione perchè quelli offerti dall'albergo non erano gusti prettamente adatti ad una bambina piccola

Assolutamente caro per il riscontro avuto. Quella che dovrebbe essere una spa è composta da vasca idromassaggio fredda e mal funzionante, il bagno turco guasto e una minisauna. Albergo bello ma non merita le stelle che ha , direi che per 410 euro a notte qualcosa in più ci dovrebbe essere. Camere carine ma niente di speciale, solito bagno con vasca e vetro di contenimento che lascia passare l'acqua quindi ogni volta si allaga il bagno. Pulizia scarsa, cambio asciugamani scarsissimo, colazione scarsa per il tipo di hotel. Posizione buona ma non delle migliori, comoda per i musei vaticani.

Good location, free internet on the hall

Room too small, thermic pool was cold the day we tried to use. Breakfast sometimes with lack of bread, juice, eggs, so you have to wait several minutes. Air conditioning of the hotel turned off, so the room was too hot at afternoon and evening.

One of the best hotel in Rome. Will be back asap.

Location was good

Though the hotel is nice it definitly isnt worth the ridiculous amount charged- for this price somebody would expect much more

Close to sights and transport links, plenty of resturants and shops nearby. Mostly clean and the staff were very helpful. The view of the Rialto Bridge from our room was just what we were looking for. ( see below we had 3 nights not 2)

We had a Canal View room, but it was on the 4th floor and the lift stopped at the 2nd. The hotel is long passed a major renovation, It needs to be brought from the 1930s to at least the 1990s. The Bar was not under Hotel management so we could not charge drinks to the room, but had to pay cash each time which was inconvenient.

The location of the hotel was really good, as it allowed exploration around many of the 'less touristy' areas in Rome. There were restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was very nicely decorated, and was very well equipped. The added extra of the movie package was great. Being able to eat breakfast on the terrance was lovely.

A true oasis in the heart of the city. Excellent location, beautiful building and outstanding service - a place to come back again...

The location, the spa, the quietness

Location, location, location! Excellent service and elegant design. We have a hotel in Rome to come back to.

I liked it all. The location is perfect, in the heart of the city, walking distance from main sites but also hidden in small streets and very romantic. Hotel design is modern and nice, rooms comfortable and clean, staff very helpful. Breakfast is amazing, makes a very nice start in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Gourmet restaurant at the hotel is also great. Concierge is very helpful especially in choosing among many restaurants in the area.
