Well situated in Roma, comfortable and staff very pleasant and helpful. Food for dinner in restaurant very good and service excellent.

Bathroom de sign not good , shower awkward to manage with fixed shower head and difficult hand he'd shower. Plugs in basins impossible to handle. Cooked breakfast always Luke warm as containers inefficient, food should be cooked in smaller quantities and replaced more often.

Air Con non-existent and when I mentioned this to the concierge he was incredibly patronising. Mr Falchi, the General Manager, did come to speak to me about the problem and left me a complimentary bottle of wine - thank you for that - but the air con still didn't work. !!

Room too small, thermic pool was cold the day we tried to use. Breakfast sometimes with lack of bread, juice, eggs, so you have to wait several minutes. Air conditioning of the hotel turned off, so the room was too hot at afternoon and evening.

Location of the hotel was good. Close to the Vatican and most of the other key sites are within 20-30 min walk. Breakfast was good, as was the quality of the food in the restaurant. Staff in the restaurant as well as front desk were friendly and helpful.

Bar / restaurant was not accessible for a drink on Wed night (cover charge of EUR 15). Was not easy to get a drink and finally only in the lobby. Booking of taxi appeared a problem on the departure day. Whereas this had been ordered in the morning, it ultimately arrived 20 min late. Roof trace was closed, despite the fine weather (21 C).

Close to sights and transport links, plenty of resturants and shops nearby. Mostly clean and the staff were very helpful. The view of the Rialto Bridge from our room was just what we were looking for. ( see below we had 3 nights not 2)

We had a Canal View room, but it was on the 4th floor and the lift stopped at the 2nd. The hotel is long passed a major renovation, It needs to be brought from the 1930s to at least the 1990s. The Bar was not under Hotel management so we could not charge drinks to the room, but had to pay cash each time which was inconvenient.

To be able to relax at the spa

The hotel was in a quiet spot, away from the traffic, yet close enough to walk to the Vatican & other other sites of interest.

La struttura è ben tenuta. I punti di forza di questo hotel sono : la posizione , il design, l'attegiamento "easy" del personale.La sera prima della partenza abbiamo trovato in camera un piccolo omaggio con I saluti da parte di tutto il personale. Mi è sembrato molto carina, come iniziativa. L'albergo era al completo, ma te ne accorgi solo al breakfast. Durante il giorno è molto rilassante passare il primo pomeriggio nella library. Fate un salto in spa, le operatrici sanno il fatto loro.Grazie e tutti.

Le camere non sono grandissime, tipo alberghi di Parigi... L'illuminazione del ristorante di sera non è di mio gusto.

Sono esigente quanto a servizi business. Il wifi è veloce e continuo, tra l'altro è gratis ( viaggio molto e,ahimè, sò che non è così scontato neppure nei 5 stelle) Ho lavorato di notte nella library e nella Cigar Lounge ( sono fumatrice).Trvo il St.George delizioso: piccolo come piace a me, caldo ed accogliente. Vi consiglio un pomeriggio in spa, vale il tempo che dedicate a voi stessi. Avrei preferito una camera ad un piano alto ma ho avuto in compenso una camera molto tranquilla. Al mio prossimo soggiorno vorrò vedere il roof bar. Dicono ci sia una vista stupenda.

Qualche problema con il reperimento del taxi alla partenza, ma capisco che c'era una manifestazione in corso.

La gentilezza di tutto lo staff

Riservatezza gentilezza,del personale e pulizia.

La posizione è fantastica, anche se non vicino alla metro. La struttura è molto bella e il restauro abitativo non ha fatto perdere "antichità" all'edificio, in presenza di una piena funzionalità.

La camera de luxe più piccola di quanto mi aspettassi, anche se comunque soddisfacente. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo non molto favorevole. La colazione meno ricca di quanto avrebbe potuto essere per la parte salata, anche se i dolci erano di qualità.
