St. John Rome B&B

the room is nice.the boss of the.hotel is very nice.we buy the food and fruit in the market,take them back to hotel .the boss offer us knife ,forkes, plates.heat them. SHE is very Nice

Nice, friendly owners. We had a problem with the bad which was solved within the same day. Good location, very close to the metro station and a walking distance to Antic Rome.

Fair breakfast. I would prefer to see much cheese and vegetables (tomato, olive etc). Do not expect too much comfort from the room. It is a real B&B.

I arrived with my mom, who had landed from India and was thoroughly exhausted. We found the place easily using Barbara's directions.When the hostess Barbara saw us, she was so sweet that she lifted our suitcase up the stairs, settled us in, put our food in her fridge and even brought us some nice tea and cookies for free, immediately! Eating breakfast in her living room gave a very home-feel, also seeing her child play around. The guest house is basically their own mansion, I think, and they rent bedrooms. So, it is like staying in a very caring Italian family's clean and comfortable home!

The pressure in the shower wasn't very good.But this is nothing, nothing compared to the excellent service and personal care by the hosts!

We stayed in the separate villa on the top floor, they seem to be in the process of renovating the room. But the room was very large and had it's own rooftop terrace. The family who run the B&B were very nice. Good location, we walked everywhere from here.

The wi-fi signal on the top floor was fairly poor. The shower had no screen around it which made it very difficult to shower without putting water everywhere.

The boss Franchesco is very helpful, he told me our original room is cutoff electricity because of some trees died and he tooked us to St. John's Villa which is better in same prices! And his wife is also very nice who shows me on the map where is good to visit and how to go there. And when Franchesco found we took too many luggages he took us to the Termini train station by his car directly! Thank you very much, Franchesco! I recommend this B&B because he is a very nice boss!

The shower cannot be fixed on the wall in my room but it is not a big problem.

My rooms was very nice, tastefully decorated, fully renovated. Breakfast was good, and can be taken on the terrace, which was very tranquil. WIFI worked perfectly. There is a metro station (linea A) around the corner, and several buses pass by there, so transport to other parts of town is easy. The owners are very friendly people, I would recommend staying here.

Os proprietários são solícitos e simpáticos. Quarto silencioso. Local próximo à catedral de Sao Giovanni e à estaçao de metro que leva o mesmo nome.

L'ambiente familiare che abbiamo trovato, i titolari del ST John sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, la camera spaziosa e pulita nel contesto di una bella villa , e l'ambiente molto silenzioso in quanto lontano dai rumori del traffico con un bel giardino dove potersi rilassare. Comoda anche la posizione vicina alle fermate del metro e dei bus.Lo consigliamo vivamente

O hotel fica bem localizado, perto do Coliseu e de várias atrações. A cama é mto boa. O responsável foi super atencioso.

O quarto é mto umido e também nao mto limpo.

ottima posizione, pulizia e tranquillità

spazio per la prima colazione praticamente inesistente (specie se fa freddo o piove e non si può rimanere nel giardinetto). Cattivo odore nel bagno

Buona posizione: 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della Metro S. Giovanni; permette di raggiungere facilmente numerosi punti della città in poco tempo. Stanza pulita, lo stesso per il bagno.

Colazione, in piedi, in cucina: a maggio c'è ancora freddo per fare colazione nella terrazza all'aperto. Colazione scarsa (max 1 pastina a testa, yogurt, fette con marmellata. No frutta). Impossibile bere caffè: macchina non funzionante (dover andare al bar in un secondo momento non è stato affatto piacevole: nel budget almeno un caffè dovrebbe essere d’obbligo). Porta del bagno rotta: abbiamo dovuto fare tutto con la porta aperta. Rumorosità: molti rumori provenienti sia dalla cucina sia dalla strada (camera nel seminterrato che si affaccia sulla strada).

Die Lage war super und sehr zentral. Alle waren sehr freundlich.

Schimmelflecken im Bad und an der Decke im Schlafzimmer. Fenster direkt zur Straße und auf Kellergschosshöhe, so, dass jeder rein schauen kann. Teilweise funktionierten die Lampen nicht. Es war nicht genug Geschirr und Besteck in der Küche.

La habitacion muy bien equipada y limpia. Las atenciones de Barbara y Franchesco son lo mejor! los mapas y recomendaciones que nos dio Barbara fueron excelentes al igual que los sitios donde comer. Te hacen sentir como en casa

EL barrio un poco partado del centro pero bien comunicado con el transporte urbano. La calle es muy tranquila asi que se duerme muy bien.

Prima uitvalsbasis om Rome te bezoeken. Locatie is top. Ontspannen sfeer. Alles prima verzorgd en kamer erg schoon en nieuw. Kleine tuin erbij is fijn ook.
